My husband and I have been going to Bob's Backyard BBQ for Friday night dates for a few years and when we had our wedding in May 2025 we decided to book their catering for our reception and it received so many compliments and many guests went back for more. Their signature Lancaster sauce is our favorite to put on the brisket, pulled pork, or chicken and the service and atmosphere there always makes our day or night feel perfect.

We were randomly in Lancaster and needed a place to eat with our family. Glad we stumbled into Bob's. The food was great, but even better was the extremely gracious staff. They welcomed our family and you could really tell that they were happy we were there and valued our business. All of the food was great and everyone was pleased.

I cannot believe that you go to a BBQ place and they don't have Ribs? What!!! No ribs at a BBQ restaurant.

We ordered two party packs with brisket and several sides for our son's graduation party. Lots and lots of positive praise. We had hardly any leftovers. Everything was hot and in trays ready to set up. Very happy! I would definitely recommend for a large gathering!

Stumbled in here as I was passing through Lancaster, and man am I glad I did. Perfect atmosphere, small family owned joint, super friendly and welcoming, smells amazing! I ordered the rodeo smash burger, and a side of cheesy potatoes. The burger was easily my top five, maybe top three of all time. Perfect cook, crisp caramelization on the patty, but still juicy and tender inside, high quality bacon(none of that cheap no favor stuff, you know what I'm talking about!) and the rodeo sauce, perfect! The potatoes were also amazing, nice and tender, with loads of flavor. I can't wait to come back and bring friends and family to try more stuff on the menu! 10/10 would recommend!

It was a nice hole in the wall bbq joint! Although the menu has changed since these pictures were shared. We had brisket, Mac n cheese, cheesey potatoes, beans, and tater tot casserole. All good.
