My wife and I noticed this place while we were visiting Pet Supplies Plus. We decided to grab lunch. The staff were extremely nice. They helped us through the menu, prepared the food quickly and even opened everything up for us to inspect the food. Honestly, this is as good as any Hibachi in Lancaster and it’s a fraction of the price. My wife got the steak hibachi, we couldn’t believe how much steak they gave her lol. I ordered the shrimp hibachi. The food makes you beat yourself up for not visiting sooner ✌?

So good. I'm sitting inside of there right now basking in the delicious glory of all the food I just stuffed myself with. I got the hibachi scallops with broccoli, onions and mushrooms. 10/10.

So I really liked the place but I think the best way to compare it to hibachi Express is to break down the elements.Cabbage and shrimp are the same between the two.Hibachi Express wins on yum yum and steak. I like how Buckeye cooked the steak it could just use a little seasoning.Buckeye wins on rice and egg rolls though.And the servings here are huge. Personally I'd pick buckeye over express but my wife feels the opposite. Either way both places are great and I really think it's worth trying both to find your preference. I think my wife prefers express because she drowns her food in yum yum. If you prefer to use a normal amount of yum yum sauce I'd say buckeye is better.Update: I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've had a hectic several days and I'm honestly just not really with it right now and left without my two extra yum-yum sauces. The woman running the front chased me down in the parking lot to make sure I got my sauces. It's a dollar of sauce, I would prefer to have it but it wouldn't be the end of the world if I didn't but she wanted to make sure my order was perfect. That's a level of caring and pride in your establishment that you really don't see much these days, especially in Lancaster. Not only is the food amazing but the service is the kind we need way more of around here.
I couldn’t decide what I wanted for lunch and had remembered it being recommended by someone I know, so I stopped in finally and I’m glad I did! I came in seemingly very soon after a system upgrade so patience was needed and happily given. The woman there was very so sweet and the portion was huge. I got the Hibachi Chicken & a side of Gyoza. Next time I go I’ll probably request broccoli & onion only for my veggies (I’m not a big veg person at any hibachi place but I love that they have broccoli- it was so good).The place was very clean, and I hope one day they get the chance to add more tables!
