I ordered a beacon cheese burger on line for pick up, I should have checked it before leaving, the burger was good but there was no beacon, I paid for something that I didn't get, it's not practical for me to just turn around and bring it back!

Absolutely awful experience. Stopped in for lunch, serving staff passed us up 3 times for tables that came in after we had been seated for 15 minutes. Not one thing was said to us before during or after other than here are the menus. Find a seat somewhere. That’s all. Absolutely terrible. Came to roosters and was seated and had our order taken almost immediately and yet it’s 3 times as busy at roosters as it is at b dubs. What a disappointing experience.

Do you like live birds flying around while you eat dead birds, cold food & freezing restrooms, then Bdubs is the place for you! 3 birds flying around in there today. The staff was well aware and the manager was no where to be seen. As small as the wings are, I’m guessing the little birds were escapees from the kitchen. They were fresh!

It's laid back. My server was good. He was polite and quick with service. He kept the drinks full. Food wasn't that good. I ordered the buffalo wrap. I had to ask for a side of sauce because it barely had any on it. The chicken wasn't very warm.

Location was ideal going to Hocking Hills late at night. I was able to get some food that I knew. Staff was really friendly. Service was great.
Was able to sit at bar during the Ohio st vs Texas football game. The food was good, really liked the triple chocolate chip cookie with ice cream.

We stood at the door for more than five minutes today no one acknowledged us so we left ..one last was in a booth we saw three employees outside on memorial smoking or on the phone maybe taking a break but no one inside sdud they'd be with us soon or anything. This is the second time in about four weeks maybe five .. usually they are right there and speak to us or something..we love bws but after playing corn hole or shopping or something we could have at least been acknowledged

Another great time at BDubbs here in Lancaster Ohio! Food was excellent, new deals are awesome! And our server Faith, was above and beyond nice and sweet. We had 6 in our party, and she kept us all satisfied and happy. Thank you Faith!
