This is the best Burger King I’ve gone to, order always correct and burgers not burnt. Faster than most Burger King’s too.

Awful service. Ordered off the app, left half the items out of the bag. Everything is cold and gross, sodas are flat as heck. No sauces. Called to see how I can get a replacement, manager was rude told me I chose the app so i need to work in app. Absolutely crappy location- will NEVER be back
I gave them another try after a few years of not going. Their food has been decent the last few times. Something changed for the better.

Every time I go here they mess up my order. If I order a whopper they add cheese even though I don’t ask for it. Then if I ask for no cheese they put cheese on anyway! It never fails. Every time I come here they ruin my food. And I can’t just suck it up and eat it anyway because I’m allergic to dairy products. They do not care whatsoever. If I go in to get my burger remade they avoid me for at least 10 mins every time. Do not recommend going there ever.

Thought everything was great. Just passing thru and grabbed a bite to eat. Best Burger King we've been to in a long time.

Sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with three other cars, no one got to place an order yet when I left without placing an order I noticed there was no one further up in the line, they were just not taking the drive through orders. How do you stay open with such poor service?

Im not one to complain, but I waited patiently for 45 minutes I watched a male worker walk inside after setting outside in his car doing whatever that's fine none of my business but when you have a line you should probably help they came to the speaker I only ordered 2 swiss mushroom sandwiches I get to the there are like 5 girls and one male working SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM
Fries were super hot and fresh
However, my fish sandwich was the worst one I've ever had, it was overcooked, and edges were hard and not edible

I often visit the location across town - for reasons you’ll soon find out - but was on this side of town for New Year’s Day and figured I’d begrudgingly give it another shot.
Let me preface this by saying two things:
1. I used to work at both locations a decade ago.
2. I’m a vegetarian so I often eat at Burger King due to the Impossible Whopper.
I attempted to order the Impossible Whopper with only cheese, lettuce, onion, and the stacker sauce (Burger King’s version of McDonalds’ Big Mac sauce) and was told that I cannot get the sauce because it’s exclusive to the specialty sandwiches and they cannot order more. I know it’s been awhile since I’ve worked there, and I know it’s not in their branding anymore, but this is a far cry from “have it your way.” I asked why and the cashier immediately offered their superior to explain why - which leads me to believe this must happen with others. Then the crusty general manager asked if other restaurants allow you to add exclusive sauces to sandwiches as she gestured towards the McDonalds next door, to which I responded “yes, many other restaurants allow you to add sauces to sandwiches for an up-charge,” her response was to then blame the system.
Now, since I’m a vegetarian, my options are EXTREMELY limited and you’re going to claim I can’t customize my sandwich with one of the specialty sauces EVEN THOUGH the specialty sandwiches don’t come in an Impossible form. Absurd decisions being made in this restaurant, because that’s what it was, a decision. Instead she said she preferred for me to leave this review. There’s a reason why their parking lot is ALWAYS empty. Do yourself a favor and go across town, better food and WAY better service. Or go to the several others in the area, the drive is worth skipping this mess of an establishment.

Ordered through uber because I got home late and didn’t have time to cook dinner. Mind you, I ordered around 10PM. This place closes at 11:30. I’m mindful of not ordering or eating at places if they’re close to close to respect the workers. The food was disgusting. The fries and onion rings were cold, tasted like old grease, and hard to chew. The burger was cold. Items were missing. I worked in food service when I was younger. I know what it’s like but this was pure laziness. You’re getting paid to make food. If you are incapable of working a minimum wage job and doing your best then you have no reason to complain about how little money you make because you’re not going to succeed in any other career. If you’re short staffed, congratulations so is everyone else.
