You order online 25 minutes ahead of time and select the time you will arrive so they have 25 minute heads up. Then when you get there they make you pull forward and wait 25 minutes even though there are no other customers. I tried calling to tell them I had to leave and cancel order but they didn't pick up. I had somewhere important to be. They owe me money for my time and expenses in gas waiting. This is not okay. It shouldn't be that long, even without a 25 minute heads up. Especially with 0 other customers. They hate customers here, they will do anything to get you to never come back, the kids working here don't like working, expect to be treated very disrespectfully.

It was a pretty late visit, between 9pm-10pm, the lobby was open but I had some hungry missionaries to feed. We were greeted with a smile and lots of hot food a clean place to eat it.
This store is off the hook on the amount of time to make an order and usually it's nvr correct or good.. go to the other one on main St.

Way too long waiting in the drive thru. Because of the split drive thru, two people who came in after us got served before us. If you can't alternate between orders properly, do away with the split completely. You don't take orders fast enough to justify it.

My boy’s & I haven’t had any fast food in almost 2yrs, but a few days ago we stopped at a different Burger King cuz we was out of town it was so good there that we decided to go to ours here in town & splurged we wanted to get our favorites they both got their Bacon Double Cheeseburger’s & neither 1 of them had cheese! So I love the Wopper & decided to go for the Bikini Bottom Sponge Bob meal- the price questionable however u do get alot of food & drink; they were out of the Pineapple drink but after we pulled up they tell me they were also out of the Strawberry cake/pie. (Granted I was able to substitute Sprite for the drink & I got the cini mini instead of pie but-NO icing on them or even a side of icing). We didn’t realize about the boy’s sandwiches or the no icing until we got home & of course NO receipt was given & I wasn’t gonna waste gas in case they refused to fix with no receipt!!
