Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes , no one ever took my order, as I had to go to work I left, when I left there were cars waiting at the other speaker but no one was taking their order . No one was at their windows so no idea what they were doing but very disappointed.

Like all BK's it is never busy but there is always a wait. My problem is I order doubles and get singles. I guess the moral is check every item before leaving. I like BK but I honestly don't know how they are still in business.

Every single time I visit this location, I wait at the drive thru menu for 5-10 minutes before anybody even acknowledges that I’m present. When I do finally get to order, the person taking my order is almost always rude, short and seems to be annoyed that I’m even here. The employees working the first window literally acts like Burger King is holding them hostage, and the employees at the second window have made it a habit to make me pull into the parking lot where I wait 15-20 minutes on my food. This evening, I went in to get my money back after waiting 30 minutes and the employee threw his hands up in the air and said “Sorry we’re not good enough for you, we literally had your food”.
It’s pretty bad when I could go to ANY sit down restaurant in this area and get faster service than this Burger King. Usually I don’t make general statements like the one I’m about to make, but I feel like every single employee at this location is high out of their minds. Bloodshot eyes, sores on their faces, rude, short..the list goes on. Please, PLEASE get new management at this location. If Burger King is in a season of poor financial standing, I promise you this is why. Nobody wants to come here because of everything I mentioned above. Every time I even mention this location to anyone I know, it turns into a 15 minute conversation about how terrible it is. If you care about the wellbeing of this company, get somebody in this location at the management level that actually cares.
I’m not looking for any handout, or free meals..I’m looking for you to do better. Have a great evening!

Overall a good place. Staff was very friendly when I visited. Got a Whoper and a medium French fries. They even have an indoor Play zone for the kids.
This place should be shut down. You got the play area NOT CLEAN! NO one has cleaned that play area for what looks like years. The most bacteria infested area for kids. Took my grandkids twice with the second time noticing how horrible the play area was, I SAID SOMETHING, I was told, we don’t know and it not my job. This place is a joke. All managers plus a few employees will scurry out back while I seen them leave one person on the floor with people waiting out in lobby. They all act like they are in kindergarten. This place needs a make over BAD OR JUST GRT IT OUT OF HERE! Period!

I was there and a friend of mine fell when they was on crutches and there was no wet floor signs up and we told them that there roof was leaking in the play place and they said that they could not do anything about her falling because of them not having wet floor signs up when the floor is wet and they was rude and all had an attitude about it was not sympathetic at all I say that this place should be shut down because this is the most nasty place that I have ever been in in my life they have the most poor management ever I think they all need to be retrained on their responsibility’s because they are far from being good at what they do and the food was nasty like serving Burnt chicken like would you eat something that is hard as a rock probably not so if I was anybody I would not go to the Burger King on memorial drive in Lancaster the corporate office will be notified about all of this
