Everytime we go here and I grew up on Charlie's love it when its not even that great but the last 3 times I have been their it has been absolute trash and my order is always screwed up I tried calling them back they acted like I wanted free food talking about a rec.... I was like brother I'll bring the food back with the rec crazy

Every location I've been to is the absolute bomb these are the best cheesesteaks in Columbus if not the best in Ohio. It's a wonder they haven't blown up more than they have. I remember when they was a little Philly shop inside a gas station on E.broad and my buddy turned me on to half his sandwich and I've loved them ever since their fries are also great. Now they need one in heath or Newark!

Stopped on 3/29 around 10:30 am. My husband and I ordered the number 2. The subs were delicious and the fries fresh and good. The guy working the window was very kind and professional.

The last couple times I’ve gotten food from here it’s been mediocre at best but today was the last time I will support this store. We got dinner today and after receiving our food we realized we were given ultimate fries instead of an entire sandwich which can be an easy box miss up and there was no extra veggies on the other sandwich. What was not ok was that we had to wait 15 minutes before being acknowledged by staff and after the situation was explained the missing sandwich was being made but we were told the other sandwich did have extra veggies (it was definitely just the regular amount). Whatever we weren’t going to argue but the girl working the grill when told that the order she was making needed extra onions she grabbed 2 extra thin onion slices and said “here that’s extra”. It was abundantly clear that there was no manger or real leadership present. Overall just a horrible experience and for how much this food is the least you can do is give the customer their moneys worth and be kind. I work in retail so I get a bad day but we were completely non confrontational and nice and were met subpar service and unkind employees.

Never never eat there what again. Worst service ever. It was our fault the manager Roman could not read the receipt and gave us the wrong sandwich l. When complained told us not to come back. GM never called us back either. What is wrong with customer service these days

Was called a liar on the phone after they messed up the same order twice in 30 minutes. Always check your food before you leave this place, don't just trust that they got it right the second time.
