Chipotle Mexican Grill

Fair is fair. The food is Chipotle quality. The atmosphere is a Chipotle, right? But the fulfillment of mobile orders needs work. They’re never on time, as in person orders are handled with priority. What is the point of mobile orders if I can helped faster by just walking in? To add insult to injury, when I raised my concern with Chipotle guest services, they offered me a free drink. If they’d just checked my order history, I never order a drink. Just very frustrating and I’ve deleted the Chipotle app. Perhaps if I hear things have improved, I’ll return.

Has to be one of the most disgusting eating establishments in the county. Not sure how it hasnt been shut down yet. The cross contimination and just absolute filth of this place is unreal. Love Chipotles food but the way this store is cared for forces me to choose elsewhere. And if that is not enough, the customer service is so severly lacking. Paid for chips and queso and aked the cashier for the cheese and she looked at me and said she couldnt. Then after getting some from the other line, had to wait over 5 minutes for chips to be prepared.

If you are looking for mexican foos in Lancaster, there are many choices that are just as fast if not faster, and will be a much cleaner environment, better food, and probably cheaper. Chipotle needs to get their stuff together quick before they become the quiznos of this decade. I fear theyre headed there fast.

Open till 11 pm come after 9 pm they say they are outta. Lettuce sour cream cheese witch is bag items thry just dont wanna serve u same one that had health issues with code lol

Stood in line and waited 20 minutes got to the counter for them to tell me that they were out of chicken so I stepped out of line went back to the end of the line so I did not hold up the line waited 5 minutes for the chicken brought it up got back up to the counter for them to be out of chicken for the second time they knew that I was waiting never been in a Chipotle where they ran out of food

I’ve lived in Lancaster for years and this location has always felt dirty, they push your food through the mess on the counter, mess everywhere you look. most employees don’t have customer service skills. Just disappointed with this location compared to the others in central ohio.

They do not deserve one star they deserve zero because I ordered my food and I messed up my order and I was trying to refix it but every time I called it was always a stupid AI that does not know how to do each job and would not let me talk to a real person to cancel my order I want a refund

Ordered crispy tacos and got flour tacos… thank goodness I got chips because I cannot have gluten. I get having rush during lunch but i depend on my order being correct because i have to be back at work at a certain time. I put the review on my app where i ordered it. I also didn’t get my drink but that’s not too important.

Avoid on the weekends unless you want to stand in line for 30 minutes with 5 people in front of you. Only one person working the whole line, and online orders seem to be prioritized. Seriously the slowest chipotle I have ever been to.

Love chipotle but this time it was cold and about halfway through eating my bowl I was ready to get sick

Employees were nice but thats it. Food was trash, line was a trainwreck. Terrible, bland, crunchy, disgusting as hell. Im done w/ chipotle forever. Too many chances!!
