I was looking forward to some chipotle when I went and and my rice was not cooked and I had to throw it all away my money straight down the drain food is horrible Not going to East Maine again

Never ordering delivery from this store again. Have given them multiple chances and they always give me the wrong order, comically skimpy portions, fail to include items ordered, or other inexcusable errors. This specific store is the only one where I have experienced these issues, my guess is incompetent management is the source of these failures. 0/10 rating.

Came in with my husband on a Friday, 12/12/25. It was busy, but the employees were acting like they hated their jobs. My husband ordered a burrito, and was shorted on rice. When he asked for more, a young man threw the spoon in the container and seemed like he was mad. After our food was made, two women at the register were cashing us out and one of them pushed the food into my arms aggressively like they were trying to rush us out the door. I understand that they were in a rush. But the entire experience was completely rude and unprofessional. We were going to sit and eat there, but after this experience, we decided to go home to eat.

Don’t even bother ordering online, you’ll get it quicker ordering in store because it’ll say it’s ready on the app and when you get there 20 minutes after ordering that will not have started it yet. Terrible

Just attempted to finish my chicken bowl from this location. I am disappointed. I was totally looking forward to some Chipotle. My white rice was literally crunchy, and there was too much cilantro in the rice. I lost count of the number of bay leaves that I found in my bowl. No kidding. Not good Chipotle team!

If you like to be socially profiled or be profiled based on your appearance or who you may know then I wouldn’t come here. Some people thy apparently manage this store don’t know how to be a professional adult and will treat you differently based on personal experiences. Very childish and cowardly behavior. I think her name was Alex?

⭐️ 1-Star Review

I stopped at the East Main Chipotle last night around 8:45 PM after work. When I asked for chicken, I noticed all three pans of he chicken looked strange — extremely shredded and nothing like their normal chicken. I even questioned it, but the employee assured me it was chicken.

I got home 15 minutes later, sat down to eat, and realized it was pork, not chicken. I don’t eat the pork, so the entire meal was basically wasted — bowl, chips, queso, guac… about $20 gone.

Mistakes happen, and I eat here often without issues, so I wasn’t mad at the employee. What really pushed me over the edge was the customer service afterward. When I tried to call the store, you can’t reach an actual person. It’s just an automated system that pretends to type while you’re talking, then sends you in circles telling you how to place another order. No way to speak to a human, no way to fix the issue, no accountability at all.

Chipotle’s food is great, but their corporate customer service is honestly terrible. When there is a problem, there’s no way to resolve it. That’s a huge issue, and extremely frustrating as a regular customer.

I ordered food online for pickup, picked up the order got home and opened up there was barely anything in the bowls maybe 5 tiny pieces of meat barely any rice and the rice I did get was hard like it wasn’t cooked, didn’t add everything to the bowl I asked for . If i could leave a negative star review I would was not good at all.

In store orders need to prioritize online orders.. there’s also people standing around doing nothing in the kitchen but looking while the line is out the door… makes NO sense

Came in around 1 pm, November 8th, and was shorted on literally everything that was ordered. The bowl my wife ordered was small, the burrito was small, and even the bag of chips that we ordered only had like 15 chips on it. Very terrible compared to every other time we've gone in there.

food had no salt.Rice was clumped together no salt or lime juice in the taste what so ever. Speed of service was slow especially when their were 4 managers/KL in the line.Got a water cup and got soda and was told I had to pay for a pop which is fine but sat their and watched how other people got sodas as well and nothing was said to them felt as I was being watched and felt discriminated in a way when manager should be worried about the violations kitchen workers are doing such as not washing hand after laying chicken or touching their face with gloves on should be more worried about recipes instead of people getting sodas in a water cup when in reality it happens all the time and it wasn’t coming out of there pay check. As someone who was a manager at multiple locations in Columbus for 3 years and worked fir chipotle for 5 years had a a terrible experience!

This location never includes all items in your order. They will almost certainly 75% of the time forget a drink or etc item. I would not order delivery from them, and always double check if you pick your stuff up.
