Chipotle is one of my favorites. No matter what you order a bowl, Burrito or taco it's all delicious! The chips go great with any dish!
The food was great although the girl who made our burritos was in a hurry and didn’t wait for fresh things to be replaced in the hot well before making our burritos and told the guy who rang us up the wrong thing so we were charged extra but we understood they were closing soon so just overlooked it instead of bringing it to their attention.

I placed my order through the app today at 5:14pm for pick up at 5:40pm through the Chipotlane. I arrived a little early so I parked and waited for the app to tell me my order was ready before getting inline, which it did at exactly 5:40pm. I didn’t receive my order until 6:00pm. I had to get out of line, park, and go in to the building to receive my order. I was waiting with the same 6 cars in line for 20 minutes without movement. Once inside I had my order in hand within a minute. I’m leaving this feedback so the team will become more efficient. If a car is at the window and they are holding up the line ask them to pull around again or park and come inside. Give them free chips or a drink. You don’t hold up an unknown amount of cars for 20min when their orders are made and ready for pick up. People use the Chipotlane option for a reason. Mine, I had to pick up my mother in law and child from the hospital across the street. Another bit that got under my skin. I was told when my order was handed to me that they were understaffed. I’m tired of hearing that Covid holdover excuse. Especially when I see 20+ orders sitting on the shelf ready for pick up. If my food wasn’t ready I would understand but not having the orders prepared was not the cause of the delay. That’s a lazy excuse for not knowing how to manage a line.

Dietary restrictions: We had amazing service tonight and despite them being extremely short staffed and very busy, they worked very quickly and were very accommodating to my husbands gluten allergy. They got all new ingredients from the back and changed gloves to ensure there was no cross-contamination. We were very happy with the service tonight! Thanks for having a great team at this location!
worst Chipotle ever. The chicken had no flavor. it did not have its signature taste. the service was lack luster. portion was insufficient.

Lets start by saying this will be the last time I order from this location. I placed an order today for a burrito that cost well over $20 and you would think you would get what you asked and paid for. We'll this is not the case. My order was brisket, steak, white rice, fajita vegetables, cheese, and sour cream. If all I wanted was a burrito shell filled with rice, a couple pieces of meat, little bit of sour cream I would have been happy. But that isn't what I ordered. My coworker ordered a burrito and hers for some reason came in a bowl that said burrito right on it. Our order was over $60 for 4 of us plus feas and tip that came to be around $73. If this is what you get from this restaurant you would be better off paying a little more and going to Texas Roadhouse where you are waited on and get what you pay for.
