I ordered via the app. I was ignored until I got someone's attention to ask if my order was ready. They were not that busy in fact the first new walked in the door 30 seconds before me and had their order prep as they waited walked out the door before I did also.

I ordered a chicken burrito with extra toppings for delivery in app. Delivery was late. Burrito was wrong. There was absolutely no chicken. Just tons of rice, some black beans, some of the salsas I ordered, not extra cheese, sour cream and beans. No chicken whatsoever! Contacted customer service through their Pepper chat bot and was giving a free entree for next time. I ordered the next day at a different location (Memorial Drive Lancaster,OH) near me for pick up. I ordered 2x chicken this time.
Picked up order,
got home and began to eat my burrito. It was not what I ordered. I opened it up to look and see. Approximately one third of a cup of chicken, missing salsas I ordered. Tried to reach out again for customer service and dealing through a chat bot called Pepper. Who said I can’t assist you. Tried all last night evening and today to contact customer service through their customer service connections with no luck. Chipotle can’t make an order correct. Chipolte customer service sucks. Don’t waste $10+ dollars for rice!!!

Always the slowest service out of any chipotle I ever go to. More than four people in Line. It’s like 15 minutes or more wait. Rarely clean.

I would have given 0 if I could. What a trash they serve. I have been to many other chipotles but this is noting like others. For some reason the brown rice is so undercooked and when I asked they said that’s how the brown rice is supposed to be. Felt like I was eating raw rice.

I’m be been in line for 25 min still have not gotten my food because the priority it only the drive through. They have 2-3 people making orders and getting people going in the drive thru but the people in the store they could care less about. Will
Not be returning to this location. Would have been faster to drive to the Canal Winchester location where they know how to direct their staff.

It is honestly so disappointing to spend good money for trashy food.
The brown rice was like eating it raw because it was so crunchy.
You get like 6 little strings of lettuce and hardly any chicken.
The portion you get is like for a little child!
Hopefully one day you guys will get it together and make something that is worth your money.
I truly was very disappointed!

Line worker noticed a spill on the floor behind the serving line. He cleaned it up with paper towels, so, good overall safety keeping his coworkers safe. However, he did not change his gloves after picking up the dirty paper towels from the floor and continued to prepare food, which is poor food safety.

It’s been hard over the years finding a good chipotle with good quality. I thought I found it at this location on Main Street in Lancaster until now I’m sad to say that the food was not good. The first person encounter look like he hated his life I asked for a little bit of rice instead of a lot because nine times out of 10 the rice isn’t done so then I asked for beans and he gave me bit And at the same time, they were pouring fresh beans in the bin over the old and he didn’t give me any of the fresh beans. Then going down the line one of the things I asked for was guacamole, and it was literally Gray and they just went ahead and gave it to me. Then I asked for lettuce they gave me the bottom of the lettuce that was full of water and said we’ll be right back with fresh lettuce so the end product I was eating was hard sour and watery. as I tried to eat this food, I hit a hard crunch as I was chewing, and as I took it out of my mouth, the piece it looked like some plastic and so I couldn’t finish my foodI won’t be back so disappointed

Chipotle has definitely gone down in the past couple years with serving sizes decreasing and the overall prices increasing remarking back to the days of the early 2010s when you can get an entire ball filled double protein for $10 or less now, even with the same amount of bowl you're spending over $18 per not including a burrito.

Not only has this place been stingy for years but waiting in line for 10mins at their most dead hours with nobody being served is a joke. Turned around and left.
