Cristy's Pizza Lancaster East

My family ate dinner at the Tiki lane location in Lancaster. Blonde waitress was extremely rude and snotty. She had a huge chip on her shoulder and must be taking her bad day out on the customers. Don't recommend this location !!

We eat Cristys pizza all the time. But when you order over 50 dollars in food and you get a Philly steak pizza and it has no steak. And yes I have a picture of it. Please do better

Boom Boom Bacon Cheeseburger. Add an extra patty. Absolutely fantastic. Tastes like it came off the grill at your best friend’s backyard BBQ. Staff was fantastic also

Going there forever took my wife there on our first date. She loved it. Went there weekly. Last time we were there it was so terrible we decided to never go back. Shame

Turn over rate is noticeable. That's my only complaint. You never get the same pizza made the same way when you order. It's like playing Russian roulette with them. Light sauce doesn't mean drown the pizza in more sauce, please. Anyways only bad complaint. Service is extremely amazing. Shout out to a great server at East Christy's who has been there a while. Melissa (with long brown curly hair in a ponytail). She has always gone above and beyond for her customers. Will return a lot. Cristy's classic is my favorite pizza from there. This has been and always will be a staple in this community forever. One of the best pizza places in town.

I am from the Southside of Chicago where we love and pride ourselves on deep dish pizza thats 2nd to none. However, Cristy's Pizza in Lancaster, Ohio has sets itself apart for me  with thier focus on fresh ingredients, a unique crust that is baked to a beautiful golden buttery brown with a perfect consistency of thick and doughy., Although it is in a class of its own I could described as being in the group of others that included a Sicilian or Detroit-style pizza. For our first visit we ordered a med size Goliath Pie with an extra 3 cheese blend and pepperoni that was as big asy hand. It was absolutely incredible, we were seated fast, the staff was so friendly, it was really clean, our order came out fast and the quality of all the above easily surpassed our expectations given the value of how little the charged for a freshly made product. Just to top it off they also offer gluten-free options, including a cauliflower crust and a thick gluten-free crust. This being only the tip of the iceberg though they have a very extensive menu with something for everyone. I know we will be visiting many more times to come and Christy's Pizza is a place we would recommend as a must visit for anyone I'm sure they will shot up to one of your top five-star favorites too.

Cracker crust the last few time I ordered hopefully it will go back the way it was i miss ordering my cristys pizza

My favorite pizza place. I've never had a bad item or bad service here. Everything is always great and they never bat an eye when I order my meatball and green pepper pizza. Weird, but it's amazing.

The food was good and it wasn't expensive. I'd order from Cristy's again.

Seriously one of my absolute favorite pizza places. Food is amazing and service was good.

Got order wrong, remade it and looked pathetic. Wouldn't recommend.
