Inside customer service was fabulous, and the majority of my food was delicious as always!.. However.... My past experience was kinda horrible!!!
I absolutely LOVE coming to get Cristy's Pizza!!! I don't live in town. But when I come, I always bring food from here home. However this past time was not so good! I love BLACK olives, however I was given GREEN olives for one of my orders instead. Horrible difference!!!!! I called in to explain... Not because I wanted a refund, I just wanted you to notice the correct items so you don't cause yourselves a problem in the future! However the manager said because I ordered from inside without my customer code they couldn't track anything or even acknowledge what I ordered. I told them I had a picture of my receipt of what I ordered, physically onto of the wrong food they gave me. Again I wasn't asking for anything back! And I was still told, sorry well because you walked in we can't help you! I DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY!! I just DON'T want to do YOUR JOB! and then have to check all of my $80+ worth of food to see IF! you actually did your job correctly!! Sorry not sorry!! I tried to call and talk to you,(store manager) but you told me I wasn't calling from the number that I was infact was calling you from!! And because I walked in and paid cash, you can't find my order! However I have my picture saved with my receipt of what I ordered on the wrong food that I received! Unfortunately your site won't let me post that. Lucky you...bSo when I come back into town in a month or so and spend another $100, I definitely will be double checking everything, and if it's wrong, you guys can thank yourselves for making me a Karen! I will always come back for your pizza. But I will also, always leave with what I ordered!!

I go to Cristy's On The West Side, they are awesome, and are very helpful, and know what they are doing... Now the Cristy's on the East Side out by Tiki Lane is completely different they don't know what there doing... I used my credit card there and after checking my bank statements they ran my card , and charged me 2 times on my card, and never got reimbursed... Also Jess the bartender is rude, and inconsiderate... Remember to look at your bank statements to make sure they don't double charge you... And last of all, they always ask you if you want your change back from your order from the East Side... I am now ordering from the West Side Cristy's...☺️
Pizza was still hot when delivered, it was tasty and the delivery driver was super nice!

I usually don’t do reviews, however I just wanted to say the management at this location is great. I spoke to a woman whose hair is blue, and she was more than understanding and kind. She absolutely deserves to be paid more, and at least receive the recognition she deserves. Thank you.

I'm very picky when it comes to Pizza, and I rarely order from national chains because I enjoy Mom n Pop style. Cristy's has moved into my #1 spot. The crust is perfect, their toppings are very high quality, and the bake is just right. And this is rare with most pizza, but the 2nd day in the toaster oven, it tastes as good, if not better than the first!Well done everyone. Keep it up!
