I usually don’t do reviews, however I just wanted to say the management at this location is great. I spoke to a woman whose hair is blue, and she was more than understanding and kind. She absolutely deserves to be paid more, and at least receive the recognition she deserves. Thank you.

I'm very picky when it comes to Pizza, and I rarely order from national chains because I enjoy Mom n Pop style. Cristy's has moved into my #1 spot. The crust is perfect, their toppings are very high quality, and the bake is just right. And this is rare with most pizza, but the 2nd day in the toaster oven, it tastes as good, if not better than the first!Well done everyone. Keep it up!
Ordered a Take-N-Bake, and on my way out, gentleman named Jordan ran out the cooking directions. It slipped out of our hands, and went to pick it up and dropped my ingredients and he didn't hesitate to run in and replace what spilled onto the pavement. Had a smile on his face the whole time and very friendly. The world needs more of Jordan.

We tried to order a large Christy's deluxe pizza and a chefs salad.We had a 40% off coupon we just received in the mail. The order came to 39.95 with the coupon and it included a 5.00 tip for delivery. We canceled the order. Looking at the menu it should have come to around 23-24 dollars. So at this price we were given, it would have been a 54.00 order. When is the last time you paid that much for a 22.99 pizza and a 7.95 salad.I'll never be back. Coupons are false advertising at best.

I personally have been a customer since 2016. I have had so many issues with this location on Pierce Avenue that I choose not to order as often anymore. I ordered online this evening with a coupon sent to my house and asked my daughter to pick it up because I am ill and bed ridden. When she goes to get a pizza and pays cash plus tips the employees they give her gruff over the paper coupon. I worked for Massey’s pizza for 30 years as an employee and then a corporate manager. That is just not right!! I called the store and spoke to the manager, Abbey. Who was not concerned or accommodating to keep a loyal customer over a paper coupon! Lost a loyal customer for good

The pizza I ordered last night had way too much sauce. I usually dont mind a little extra sauce, but this was ridiculous. It was like whoever made it, was having a bad day, and just made it as sloppily as possible. So much that when you tried to get a slice, all of the toppings just slid right off. The extra pineapple, that we were charged for, wasn't there. It was pretty sparse. It pretty much ruined it for me. For a pizza that's costs that much (close to 30 bucks), you would expect a little more care and pride being put into it. Whoever made the food needs to be retrained. I will not be ordering from here again.

got 2 bottles of coke to go with pizza when I got home I realized one was open already and flat. checked the other one and it too had been previously opened. why? about $5 I threw in the trash. weird.

After years of ordering here, I just can't deal with the lack of ability to remember one simple thing. A packet of Italian dressing with my sub. This hasn't just happened a couple of times. It has happened 8+ times in the past 6 months. So today, when I ordered, I made sure to order an extra packet of Italian dressing to enjoy my sub the way it was intended. But once again, I was let down.... so I resorted to my desk drawer where a lone packet of 2 month old Italian dressing was. What other option did I have? Now here I am, hours later cheeks glued to my toilet, praying to God I live to see another day. Do you know what you did?

Bad experience last night, my order was messed up repeatedly. I do have to give props to my delivery driver. He was very kind and is the only reason I will give Christy’s another chance.
