Placed an online order at 4:01 pm and got a text at 4:14 pm saying it was out for delivery. Called at 5:00 pm and said it never left the store and it was on it was leaving the store to be delivered. At 5:32 pm i called for a refund. My total was $27.57 and only got refunded $23.

Horrible experience. The staff forgot half my order and refused to remedy the situation.
Then they called to cops on me to have me removed. Even though I was not out of line. As several other reviews state, stay away from this garbage, unclean location. Worst restaurant experience I have had in my life!!

Kid-friendliness: Terrible. They were rude to my 15 year old son.

Manager look me right in the face and told me it was light sauce when I asked to double check because it didn’t look like it but I decided to trust her. Get all the way home to bit into it and the whole slice gushes out sauce everywhere. This is why I put light sauce for a reason.

I gave the cashier $30 for my order which was $23 but he only gave me dollar back. He never counted the money I gave him and when I told him that I gave him $30. He got very angry, sarcastic, and rude. He stated that I was trying to stiff him. Then he through his hand up in the air and said “I guess the drawer will be short tonight”. He was making me out to be theif!!! I’ve never stolen anything in my life and I did not appreciate being made out to be a thief

I like that Dominos allows use of more than 1 discount on an order. Today I just used the emergency pizza for the first time after forgetting the 30 day deadline repeatedly for a year. Each online ordering experience has been very positive with Dominos this entire year. I'm not White & I received decent normal customer service every time the entire year.

I’m just beyond furious with how I was treated and spoke to. Lesley for one told me “I could wait a minute”. Which honestly was just flat out rude. While I was being checked out at the register. Lesley(manager) had pulled the guy aside and whispered something. And his whole attitude towards me changed. He started being very short and aggressive with how he talked to me. When asked how much longer I’d have to wait for my food. A girl maybe 18 or 19 years old. Cocked an attitude with me also and said “it will be done in a minute”. Lesley (manager) wrote my phone number down by the cash register. Don’t know why. I was handed my food. 3, 32 pieces of garlic bites. With my garlic and marinara. I was not offered a bag or anything. And had to carry it out like that to my car. On my way out the door. The workers children were sitting at the table and made a comment to me “Do you really think you should be eating all of that”. If this is how a business should be run. I don’t want no part of it. But that’s not all. I got home. And my garlic bites were plain. No sauce on them. And I ended up throwing them out. When I tried to call the store my calls were not answered. So in my opinion messing my food up was deliberately done. The reason I say it was deliberately done is because this isn’t the first time. Btw the manager and another employee treats it as a day care center!

Went in for a pick up order . The wait was forever
There was coworkers arguing while making food yelling at each other . My order was not only cold and the pizza was not cut. But the manager I spoke with RAY was very snobby and rude when handling my order .

The boss and one of the employees was arguing out front when I pulled in with my kids and wife they argued in front of us then she went back inside when I went in to get our food I said looks like you've had a heck of a day then she decides to release her anger towards me and start to say things like oh you just assume you assume then went and started talking to another employee about me in front of me and my kids Will not go back to this location she was very rude in front of my five and seven-year-old

The reason I gave it five stars is because for the price you can't beat it. They have amazing sales at times. This week for instance was 50% off any pizza. I got two large pizzas with more than two topping each for under $20! And they honestly tasted pretty darn good! This is one of my girl's favorite pizzas in town. Thanks Domino's. Friendly staff as well!

When I ordered I was told it would be about 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I was told it was going to be another 50-60 minutes because there were several large orders placed that took priority.
