There are bars that are good at food and there are dive bars that are great at atmosphere, service, and drinks, but dont order the food... This is most definitely on the dive bar for drinks. TBH, the bartender warned us and we forged ahead anyway.
This is a near 100 + year old, original USA pub, bar etc. Holding it to a modern new joint view is unfair. It is what it is and that is quite good. Friendly, well staffed, drink good and people welcoming. It has a "Fairview" of the Lancaster Ridge overlook of all Lancaster and beside the oldest county fairground, Fairfield, in Ohio. We had a very pleasant respite. Say hello to Ally should you join her there.
This is a great little place in Lancaster Ohio. The food is great service is amazing and the people are friendly proud. I personally don't consume alcohol and the Bloody Mary they served looked amazing and it was given a five-star rating hope you enjoy the picture of it.
