Long wait times, and you are required to use the inefficient drive through for pick up orders, so your wait time is even longer. Paired with high prices, unfortunately, this makes the food absolutely not worth it.

We have been very long term customers, but tonight that ended. Worst service imaginable. We were there nearly 45 minutes and no one ever even took a drink order. It is clear that the servers do not care at all. Very disappointed that we will not be going back.

Food is good. But the service makes it a terrible experience. Food was brought out at different times. Family ate pizza while I waited for a turkey club. Pizza was finished before I got my meal. Would rate zero stars but it's not an option.

The customer service was not all that great. The time it took to get our food was slow and the place was not bust at the time and was not under staffed. We stood at the bar waiting on someone to stop and ask if we needed help and Multiple servers walked past without acknowledging our presence. Now normally this would be a situation I would give the benefit of the doubt to, except for 2 things. All of these servers were standing together talking when we walked up and suddenly got busy either checking on people on the floor or going in to the back, and didn't bother to say when they came back to the bar from the floor, someone would help us soon. We ordered dine in and then ordered take out, separate from a birthday party that was there.

Horrible service! Waitress kept messing things up and forgetting to bring our food/drinks. We ordered “boneless wings” and they ended up looking like meatballs, but way smaller. Taste awful. They also add their own tips! You’re better going ANYWHERE else. Fat cats has gone wayyyy down hill. I’m sure they will delete this review, like they have the others. Don’t waste your time or money here!

First, we had never been and this is now our new favorite pizza! And we frequent different pizza places a lot around Columbus. However, we went on a Friday night. There was a band playing. They told us we could sit to the right side if we didn't want it as loud but it was still very loud. The teenager with us liked watching the band but the pre-teens/adults did not like how loud it was. I like bands but we were looking for a quiet dinner out to catch up with family, so next time, we'll check first.
I think it’s odd this place doesn’t make it known that you can’t go inside to pickup the pizza. You have to wait in the drive thru. The drive thru and parking lot are too small, and the road to get into the place is full of giant potholes. Sauce and crust are way sweeter than they used to be, too sweet now. Used to be a favorite but unfortunately with all the other great pizza places around, this one just isn’t worth it anymore!

I would like to share that is took a whole 50 minutes for our food to come out. you ask yourself, maybe they got a lot of food, no. we ordered a large cheese pizza. 50 minutes. probably about how many times i heard the phone ringing. i would’ve gladly answered it myself just for a little quiet. restaurant was not busy what so ever. I will say the pizza is good but not worth the wait. so if you’re looking for a great way to waste two hours on your birthday this place has got your back!
