Heard that fat cat pizza was a good place to get a great pizza.Best in lancaster ohio.Got my first and last pizza from them on11/26/2024.Ordered for p/u around 1 o'clock.When I picked up pizza(at the drive through) it looked like the side of the building was very run down.Sign extremely faded and the place in desperate need of a paint job.Got home and decided to try a slice of it long before dinner.Did not order a thin crust pizza but when I opened the box the pizza I noticed did have a very flat looking pizza inside.The taste was very very sweet.Sopping with grease.Got a 3 Topping pizza.Green pepper,pepperoni and mushroom.After one slice and two napkins I stopped eating and threw the rest out.If this is the pride of Lancaster...leave me out.What a pure and total waste of $20.I guess I shouldn't have been surprised though.Its been my 5th restaurant I've been to in lancaster since moving here 3 years ago that just need to close their doors.Just another sad sack pizza in my book.Will not be back.Pizza hut or a frozen pizza will be my next target.So long Fat Cat.

Food is good but service is horrible. Can't order online phone is busy. Have to try multiple calls just to get through. It is 2024 pay to get online ordering. Then you can't pick up the order inside. They force you to go through their slow drive thru.

I've ordered party pizza from here for years. Every time I call ahead to see how much time they need. I've been told an hour every time. So I call 3hrs ahead to place the order and was told they weren't taking any more party pizza orders. Which completely leaves me in a bind because I have a lot of hungry relatives expecting fat cats in a few hours for my daughter's birthday. I appreciate it, I'll order from someone else from now on. Sugar Bears pizza got my money.

not only do they have sweet sauce which makes for a terrible pizza, but you can only pick up your pizza in the Drive-Thru you cannot go inside and pick up a pizza no matter how long the line is at the drive-thru and the people inside were not waiting on anyone . pizza took 20 mins longer then they said. Don't go here . Go across the street to Angie's to the Best pizza in Lancaster.

A good first time experience for us after leaving the last place we were @ for the HORRIBLE service and drink ?they had/have…. Anyway the food ( ? & ? ) plus the tall boi of Blue Moon ? was ON POINT !!! I do believe we may very well be back soon
