Poor quality and they can never seem to get the orders right. I ordered a sub with pepperoni, cheese, and sauce. They forgot the sauce so I got a sub with a couple pieces of pepperoni, very little cheese, no sauce, and garlic bread. Very, very dry and tasteless. Boooooooo, you give Firehouse Subs a bad name. Won’t be back!

Decent. Not terrible, not great. Over priced. More bread than needed. Ingredients tasted good while they lasted. Only one person working when we arrived so service was slow. He did the best he could (although forgot the pickles that were supposed to be included). Those I patronized in the south were far superior. Likely won't visit again.

Issue: Mobile Order - Missing Items

Comments: We are in there every week and I ordered two subs and a bowl of the soup. When I got home, they had given me a cup of soup, and it was only half full at that. I called and William said that he would put my name down and I could get a bowl when I came in again. This was fine, but then he called back. That is where the problem was. He told me that they had to review the camera and then they would let me know if they could replace what I didn’t get. Basically, he was saying that I was lying. That is a big problem! I immediately took the half cup of soup back right away to get my money back. He refunded it and apologized but the damage had already been done. I let him know that they had lost a loyal customer.
It has been over a month and I have contacted the company 2 or 3 times now and still have not heard back from the Lancaster restaurant where this happened. I was told my concern had been escalated and I would be hearing something from them. This has been very disappointing.

Paid $10.00 for a “kids meal” because the only way to enter salami and cheese on a sandwich was to ring it up and remove items. I feel like maybe a better way to do this but employee acted like 100% only way. The place was filthy and sticky. Would not recommend based on quality, cost and overall cleanliness.

Waited 10 minutes with no employees in sight. When they finally came out they refused to make or sell me sweet tea even though it is clearly on the menu. If these employees can not or refuse to do the job as required get rid of them. The store just lost $15-$20 today.

Stop today to get a sub in lancaster ohio and there was only one guy working behind the counter only two people in front of me so i figured ouldn't take long to get my sub since another worker came in after over a hour I wish I never ordered who ever managed that store need rreplaced. the food was ok but I had to complain to finally get my food and the guy who order before me was still waiting for his food when I got my sub . I have never had this problem at any other of your stores .and it a shame lancater the closest to me .my wife sat in my truck the whole time and I just got her out of the hospital from back surgery
