Overall had a great experience. The table we sat at in the party room was wobbly. The server was mostly attentive, but had to be asked a few times for a water before it was actually brought to us. Great service otherwise, and great presentation. The stores general manager was walking around checking on everyone.

I had the strawberry banana French toast, it was barely edible. They just toast the bread on the griddle they don’t dunk it in an egg wash so it was hard.

We've tried this ihop multiple times over the last 3 years, and I don't think we've ever left satisfied, someone's meal is always messed up. We'll today is my 4 year Olds birthday, and she requested the smiley face restaurant for breakfast. Because our whole house is sick, we did a curbside pick up order. After waiting over 15 minutes with nobody coming out, I went in to grab it. Our food was sitting on the counter and ready to go, just getting colder and colder. When I got home I realized one of the meals was missing, and there's no real number or email to reach out to complain or get a refund. I've had well over a dozen bad experiences here, every other time dinning in and refrained from leaving a bad review, but at this point I'm just done with it.

Worst service I have ever had at this Location. I am an extremely well tipper when the server is wonderful she really seemed like she didn't want to be there. They brought me a new sandwich because my bun had mold on the Philly cheese stacker. The cheese was not melted the onions were not cooked long enough. I figured sending it back a second time would have been better. Server didn't ask for refills or bring water with my hot chocolate. I was a server for 4 years. I have been in the retail industry for 17. I understand we all have a bad days and we will return again. But the staff needs more training. My favorite server is Shelly but she wasn't there. Shelly is a very good asset to the team and she should train these people.

It's only been an hour since we ate here... But I haven't been this sick after eating in at least 10 plus years. Like I'm literally getting sick.... I don't know if this is food poisoning or what, but I do hope it goes away soon! It started just 10 min. after eating on our way home. There was a water boil advisory in effect, but I drank from a bottle and didn't use ice.. so I don't think it was that. I just seriously feel so bad. We had a new server, she was the cutest and so sweet. Loved her!
