As a loyal patron of JD Henderson’s for years, I returned tonight specifically for their karaoke event. While I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere, tonight’s experience was disappointing. The DJ played excessively long music breaks—often 15 to 30 minutes—cutting down significantly on the singing time that patrons come for.

In addition, the rotation was unfair. Despite being a regular and tipping the DJ, certain guests were consistently prioritized, leaving others, including myself, waiting for hours without a chance to sing.

That said, I want to emphasize that Paul, the bartender, did an outstanding job. His service was excellent, and the drinks were quick, cold, and exactly what I expected. The two-star rating is a reflection of the karaoke experience, not the overall establishment.

I’ve always loved JD Henderson’s for its local charm and the great bartenders, and I hope that management will take this feedback seriously to improve future karaoke nights.

Love this bar!!! All around wonderful people. Not yet have I cane acrossed anyone too unbearable. I work here Day shift from 11am to 7pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Come in and see me anytime during my shift. If you can't make it then we have two other wonderful bar keeps you will love them also. Come in a d see us!!

They helped an old family person some no and some don't and they still expected me when I was a drunk. And the friendly staff. Still treated me like family even now that I'm clean of every thing for 3 years this Christmas and set some stuff aside out of my way when I was having a bad day cause I just want a little recanition for what I be acopleiced and I no they lost money that day but they did it for me. And indicaters from the past gave me. Family memories from the friendly staff that keeps me going to be. Drug free it cost me a lot every time I drink BB it family memories are worth the. Chump change to get. A good memories and wake up not on probation in jail and let out when I'm sober I leave of probation and with a family moment fines for I'll use all the money in the world to stay drug free and no family still around 77-love onconditioal

Wonderful on Friday nights!

It's mostly just a good ol'boy family type setting. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Even the best of bars, has a trouble maker appear at times but, here the staff and locals will come together to keep the environment safe and friendly. I'm not the type to be real social until I've known you a while but, the people here make you feel very welcome.
