A small spider dead fell out of my wrapper or sandwich. At first it looked like a bed bug, when I brought it to their attention we did all agree it was a baby spider. Not sure if it was in my sandwich or in the wrapper, either way it was gross and from management and staff nothing was offered. A coupon absolutely nothing. Panera bread has great tuna sub s, and hopefully no dead spiders!

I have a service dog and when I walked in the door the gal told me I couldn’t have my dog in the store multiple times. I tried to explain where I can have him and that what she was doing was discrimination. Then the older gal doubled down and didn’t know what she was talking about either. Extremely disgusting display of what Jimmy Johns stands for.

The food was good but the delivery driver is a total creep. I would suggest going into the store for pick up as I would not trust the driver around any females or children.

Waited an hour for food that never came. Driver called and said she couldn’t find our massive 3 acre facility. Said she doesn’t use GPS. Food never came. Called store 30 times no one answered. Had to go to the store to get my refund. Manager said phones weren’t working. Then the phone rang as I got my refund. Shocking I know…

Takes a little longer in the drive thru but food is always fresh and tasty. Plus free extra veggies!!!
Took an hour and a half to get our order, bread choice was incorrect, no straws for drinks or napkins were included. Driver was rude and not clean. Now the store refuses to answer my call. For a $50 order, this is not ok.

Service was terrible and the sub wasn't all that great either. Far cry from what they used to be. Guy at the drive thru window didn't even say anything, just stuck his hand out for payment. Gave me card back and then my food and mumbled "have a good day".

I love Jimmy John’s, but this is like the fifth time my sandwich was totally wrong. Veggie sandwich, add pickle and onion. There was no lettuce or cucumbers on it, so I went back in and they made me another. Still no cucumbers on sandwich #2! Last time they gave me a sandwich with turkey and bacon and I don’t eat meat! Time befor that it only had lettuce tomato and Mayo. This is getting ridiculous.
