The menu light in our drive-thru is always broken has been for months. I work late so by the time I get there you can't see the menu. And the food is subpar. Not like it used to be. And I swear the mac and cheese recipe has changed cuz now it just sucks. But the people are nice.

KFC chicken used to be really good but after the last few times it's been absolutely awful. The chicken looks undercooked, pink, falling apart. Nothing appealing about it. Embarrassing. I have photos I may put on here. Colonel would be rolling in his grave to charge 30 dollars for this kind of chicken is a scam.

3 times in the last 6 months I have been at Lancaster KFC and the front doors are locked even during store hrs. First time we got there a few mins after they opened store and doors were locked and we left, second time was about half hour after they opened door was locked so I called and they came and unlocked it, this time was an hour and a half and the doors were locked! I called 3 times no answer. I saw a car sitting in drive thru waiting for food, I asked them if the store was open they said yes and the side door is open so we ended up ordering told a worker the door was locked she mumbled something and walked away. 20 mins later another customer was trying to come in I had to knock on the widow and tell them to go to the side door. FINALLY after being open almost 2 HRS and being told by 2 customers they unlocked the door. I wonder how many customers they lose by not opening their doors.

Chicken was rubber food all over the floor looks like it was there for days rude old fry’s where have to us and the workers where sitting in the back not working another girl had to go get them and one girl looked high on drugs

We order our food in the drive thru and pulled up to the window gave the guy our coupon. As I was handing him my coupon he started being very rude and said why didn’t you say you had a coupon now your making my job harder, I said excuse me he said very rudely again and louder you should of said you had a coupon. If I wasn’t getting food for my church group I would handed it all back to him.
