If i could give negitive stars i could, dont order on the app., it wouldnt show all of the drinks for the meal i ordered it said dinner for two, you get individual sides, it doesnt day that on the app, the chicken was greasy and flavorless, the sides were tasteless as well. The only good thing was the biscuits, the drinks didnt taste decent either, it was a horriable experiance , all together for this place

I got tenders for lunch.. They looked like yesterday's leftovers. Ice cold , fries were the same. Straight to the trash and a waste of money.

Ordered 3 combo meals without drinks at the drive thru. When at window to pay I ask how much off for no drink and was told 10 cents. I offered to add the drink and I'd pay the extra. I was told no it's too late already rang up. At that time I hadn't received my order. When I expressed my displeasure it went down hill fast. No name calling or derogatory remarks were made on both sides. The poor window took a beating as it was slammed shut. Another employee came to the window and threatened me with calling the cops. No, I wasn't holding the line up. No one was behind me. I filled out the corporate feedback survey and after giving name and phone number checked box for someone to contact me within 48 hours. It's been 4 days now and all I've heard is crickets...nothing. Needless to say is I'll never go back nor will many family and friends.
BTW...my comment at the window was, 10 cents is an insult. For that amount I'd just dump it on the ground.

The menu light in our drive-thru is always broken has been for months. I work late so by the time I get there you can't see the menu. And the food is subpar. Not like it used to be. And I swear the mac and cheese recipe has changed cuz now it just sucks. But the people are nice.
