Well Me and my grandma ordered pizza on Mar 29th for dinner. I went in to get it from the "Pizza Portal" and it was not working. So I waited in life for like 15+ minutes and by then the pizza was not hot.

Filthy store & employees! I waited far too long. Watched an employee go from money to food & kept pulling his pants up without washing or gloves. The other left my cooked food on the counter & went outside because he was hot!

I've ordered here twice but never eaten here. That should tell you everything. Had to cancel both orders as they were not even started when I showed up to pick them up. And I was late both times.

The absolute worst, bottom of the barrel Little Caesars locations.
Wait times are ALWAYS horrendous and to make matters worse the food quality at this location is subpar.
There is no such thing as Hot N Ready at the lancaster location, it's it'll be done when we get it done which is usually a 1 to 2 hour wait.
Done even trying to get food at this store anymore. Good luck to anyone else, you will be in for a wait.

When you go in, the pizza isn’t ready for an hour or an hour and a half. And they never answer the phone. Definitely don’t suggest if you want to eat soon.

Pizza was still soggy and gooey like it needed to stay in the oven a bit longer. The store was VERY BUSY!! Which could have been why the pizza was under baked. 🤔 The drive thru window has never been open.... so don't even try it. I highly recommend placing your order thru the app or by calling before you just walk in to order due to long wait time if busy.
My dasher went in there and after waiting an hour they told him it’d be another 45 minutes minimum and 1. One guy wiped his nose with his hands and went back to grabbing pizzas 2. They were extremely rude to my dasher and another dasher standing there. This place is so dirty and the staff is so rude.

Seems to be a very busy place but I did my get my food at the time they quoted and it was satisfactory.
Pizza is good but it is rarely quick. Even if you order in line you usually can't pick up when expected. They rarely have pizza premade ready to go.

They deserve a zero but that isn't an option. Our pipes are froze so we needed something for dinner. We go to pick up our pizza and they can't make it. They did not want to try to help us out any. We will never recommend this place to anyone, you will only be disappointed.
