1 hour 20 minutes to make 2x pizzas. Slow nonchalant employees walking in/out of store numerous times to vape/smoke. Loud vulgar awful music playing inside store. Not using the portal pickup oven, making numerous people stand and wait to even ask for their order. Pizzas were assembled pretty poorly. Its Little Caesar’s.. the expectations are already low but this location is beyond terrible.
I wonder how many 1 star reviews they have to get before the franchise owner makes some changes.

“Hot and Ready” has never been farther from the truth. They NEVER have a pizzas ready. Even after being open for 12 minutes no pizzas and none in the over. Don’t waste your time. They need better management and better staff

We ordered food from here and it took an hour to be done. When I called and ask the Guy told me it would be about another half hour. I told the guy thank you and he abruptly hung up on me just assuming that was my only question. He wasn’t pleasant on the phone and seemed very annoyed that I had even called I truly hope this little Caesars gets there act together!!

Used the app to place an order. Scheduled a time and went to pick it up. They told me they hadn't made it yet. Told me to wait another 15 minutes. I told them go ahead and cancel it. Why use the app if they can't have your order ready??

Absolute worst experience at Caesars pizza, which we very much like. Man upfront was not personal at all. We waited and waited to order to find out the computer went down, and we were unable to place an order of any kind. I asked if we could do it verbally no you cannot, he said, he called the manager up she was equally not personable. No explanation, no, I’m sorry. Just blew us off. I also asked if I could buy what was in the window already cooked and I totally got blown off. The management must have changed because before a very nice young black boy took care of us and was very accommodating. They may not give a hoot, but we Will not be coming back.

Came in at the time it told me to and waited in a full, crowded, hot area for 30 minutes for a pizza that wasn't cooked correctly. Canceled. Not the places fault but the customers were super rude? Cutting in line and mean mugging. There's obviously not enough employees, no system on how to run things and the customers have to fight over pizzas. I hated the whole experience.
