El Parian Steaks & Tequila - Lancaster

sat and waited for 15 minutes to get water and a Margarita, had to wave down the waitress every time we needed anything. never checked back, just plain awful service. It has gone downhill from the initial opening. So disappointing because the food really is good. I asked to see a manager and they avoided our table the rest of the service and no manager was ever available to see us. Terrible service, think twice before going.

Food was amazing. 3 Steak dinners and 3 house margaritas, under a hundred bucks.

My wife and I were shopping and decided to stop at this new location in Lancaster. We have been to the location in another city.
This location is very easy to find, parking lot is across from the building and inside there is plenty of room. It's very clean, service is quick and efficient. The food is prepared quickly and is very good.
My wife and I both agreed the food was better at this location more so than the other we have visited.

We were at this location on Friday night, August 15, at 5p. We were seated promptly as it was not that busy. After that, the whole experience went down hill. We sat at our table for approximately 10 minutes before being acknowledged, even though many of the wait staff passed by and just looked at us. I had to ask a wait staff who our waitress was as we would like to order. This individual has to go find out as she didn't know. After a few minutes, a waitress finally appeared wanting to take our drink order. We mentioned that we were ready to order at which time she took the order. Another few minutes pass by and our food order is delivered. However, we never saw the waitress who took our order come around asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. When we were ready to leave, we waited to see if the waitress would stop by with the check. Needless to say, that didn't happen and once again we had to ask for our check, which to another few minutes. One individual in our party had to go to the front desk and ask once again who the waitress was. It was then the original waitress finally stopped by and we mentioned that we wanted our check. At that time, it was asked what we ordered as we were a party of three with two separate checks. This information should be known. Our visit to this location is the last, we will not be back. In closing, and just from observation, it appeared there was a confused wait staff not knowing which way to turn.

We had a rehearsal dinner at El Parian Steaks & Tequila. They have a back room that seats up to 60 people. They were absolutely wonderful to work with, reasonable in price, and very accommodating. They gave us the option to pick 4 menu items off the menu for our guests to choose from or the options of - taco, fajita, or nacho bar. We chose the fajita and nacho bar. The food was hot and ready when we arrived. The guacamole here tastes so good! They even packed up the leftover food for us! Their staff were very attentive and kind. We will definitely recommend them to others. Wonderful job! 👏👏👏

Should be 0 stars i took my family. There was immature girls that came into the restaurant and accused me of video tapping them. When I go to leave the police stop and question me and looked through my phone and obviously no pics or videos. So obviously they are lying.

I have been here twice now and it has been great each time! The weekends get very busy and there is often a wait, but when there aren't many options in Lancaster, it is worth the wait!
