Barely a max and Erma’s anymore, no decor, staff was nice and I say the food was good, I had the tortilla soup, quality was as expected. They are only accepting cash, and if you do use a card they have to enter in manually. Worth the $28 for my party of three but just for the nostalgic soup and nothing else.

Like their food & have good service. I know Lancaster location only one left in the chain, glad it's still in business. Wish they would have upholstered seats/seat backing deep cleaned. Not gross but definitely need a good cleaning.

The food was not up to par for Max & Erma's. The service was slow and the waitress was pre-occupied with a table that appeared to be friends of hers. There were four of us, every one wanted to not leave a tip. If the service and food were good it would have been a $25 tip. I left $10 on the table and used the bathroom before leaving. When I came out of the bathroom she was talking to a co-worker about the tip. I explained everything even though I didn't have to. I was trying to help her to do better, but all she had were excuses and blaming everyone but herself. Hopefully she learned something and will do better.

I first went to Max and Erma's at Easton many years ago with family, I recently found out the only one in central Ohio was this location. The hostess was so warm and welcoming!! And the waitress was a sweetheart!! I ordered the turkey burger with no ranch sauce and some fries and it was impeccably DELICIOUS!!! I usually eat half my meal then save the rest for later but it was so superb I nearly ate all of it in one sitting 💯😂🎀🎆💝 I will be back for another turkey burger very soon!!!💯♥️❤️💖💕💞💓the atmosphere was very cozy and everything was very clean. I would recommend anyone to come and eat here. 💯🌞♥️🎀

This place is DISGUSTING! It looks and smells like they haven’t cleaned it in years! The walls, tables and chairs were covered in a layer of some sticky dirt. I cleaned it with our toddlers wipes and went through almost half a pack; every single one was coming out black after wiping our table and chairs. Service was okay, but it took a while to get refills. The food tasted like they’ve been reusing the oil for a while. Overall, we wouldn’t recommend this place. It’s a shame that some of these restaurants that used to be great do not care anymore

Drove 45 minutes and had the best experience. Katelin was our server and she rocked! We placed our whole order right off the bat and she spaced out everything perfectly-she didn't miss anything. Food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We were so thrilled to know there was still a Max & Ermas left and they didn't disappoint. Please send praise to Katelin cause we will request her next time we come and please stay in business!!
