The food was good but the waitress was terrible. She had no personality like watching paint dry was more pleasurable. We asked a question and she didn't know anything because she said it was her second day. Every time we ask her for something she would roll her eyes. I mean we didn't bother her unless we needed refills.

I ordered the steak rare, it was more medium rare to medium. The broccoli had no seasoning, and the baked potato wasn't very warm. The salad was the best part of the meal. The dinner roll was good. The floor (carpet) looks worn, dated, and dirty.

Stopped in after a long time of not going. BOY ( IT WAS DIRTY) food on the floors and bathroom doors. Dust about a inch thick on the edges. Waitress more or less throw our drinks and food at us. So disappointed on how much this place has truned trashy. I asked the waitress for a rage, cleaning supplies and a broom and mop. She said they didn't have any. I told her no wounder they place was so dirty.

Had to wait quite awhile for our food as we watched the chef in the back (the view from our booth) be on his phone for almost 15 minutes! At one point he stopped to put on his gloves and then picked up his phone again! So much for sterile gloves. Won't be back.
Burger overcooked, cookie over cook and almost black. Service was fantastic! Restaraunt very clean and tidy.

We stopped here for takeout while in Lancaster. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great. Counter/bar service was pleasant and efficient. This is a good place to visit for a meal.
