Do NOT do curbside pickup!! Always takes forever and food is ice cold by the time they bring it. And mist of the time they forget half the food so then you have to wait even longer

Got a double fish fellet meal and there was something in my sandwich that I was choking on, pulled it out and im not sure if it was plastic or hot glue or what, but it in my fish sandwich and I couldn't eat it, be aware.

Absolutely horrible. Order inside. Waited half hr for food. Told cashier.....she checked and said they are working on it. Waited another 15 minutes.......asked again. She then writes down my order all over again. Waited another 20 minutes......husband asks for manager. Had a few words.....asked for refund. Will NEVER be back to any other locations owned by same franchise

Went through drive thru and ordered a bagel breakfast meal and a big breakfast. Paid, pulled and waited several minutes. To then be told, pull up to wait 5 more minutes. They came out to deliver the items. Looked in there, they had not provided the hasbrown. I go in and they said it would be several more minutes to start from a frozen hashbrown. Called in and told them that all of my items were not in there. They did not provide the syrup, butter, or eating utensils for the big breakfast either. Horrible service and after a 20 minute ride home, cold food. I still didn't get all the items I purchased either

I got my order and my drinks were spilled all over the bag because they put a drink in the bag without a holder . All the food was ice cold not warm I mean ice cold .couldn’t even eat it had to throw all of it away . They forgot 3 items and no sauces . No straws . I have worked in the fast food industry for 9 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no excuse for a paying customer who is paying over 60 bucks to have to throw away the whole order even the pop was flat .

They were having some computer problems which isn't their fault at all. They messed up on the order a little bit, but stuff was crazy their at the time, so i understand. Very clean & friendly staff.
Vegetarian options: they have a nice outside area for eating also.
Parking: They have a huge parking lot it goes all the way around the building.
Kid-friendliness: My boys are wild they do great with them their.
