I got my order and my drinks were spilled all over the bag because they put a drink in the bag without a holder . All the food was ice cold not warm I mean ice cold .couldn’t even eat it had to throw all of it away . They forgot 3 items and no sauces . No straws . I have worked in the fast food industry for 9 years and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There is no excuse for a paying customer who is paying over 60 bucks to have to throw away the whole order even the pop was flat .

They were having some computer problems which isn't their fault at all. They messed up on the order a little bit, but stuff was crazy their at the time, so i understand. Very clean & friendly staff.
Vegetarian options: they have a nice outside area for eating also.
Parking: They have a huge parking lot it goes all the way around the building.
Kid-friendliness: My boys are wild they do great with them their.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair accessible.

UPDATE 2/23/25 did Mobile order and glad I checked this time. I've gotten home too many times to find no nugget sauce. That might not seem like a big deal to some people. But it's like ordering a baked potato butter and not getting any butter. Sure you can eat it if you're starving but it's just not good without it. Not to mention these nuggets are for picky kids who refuse to eat them without dip. So I had to go inside to get the sauce. If I wanted to go into McDonald's I wouldn't have ordered mobile! The girl that gave me the sauce only gave me 2, after I told her I had bought a total of 28 nuggets! It's frustratingly ridiculous!
About a month ago I pd 4 and didn't get 2 syrups. Im fine paying xtra 4 xtra sauces etc. I didn't call or make a big deal I figured next time I go I'd mention it, no biggie. So thats what I did. I explained 2 manager and OMG u would've thought I'd asked 4 a free meal, he absolutely flat out refused! I understand and agree with their policy but geez 4 the sake of customer service I think this could've been handled differently.
bruh how yall gonna look at a screen of an order. A Big Mac, small coke and a small fry. Easiest order ever and yall give me a quarter pounder? Yall need to stop being lazy and actually give out proper food this getting old
