I was a daily regular but today that ended. I sat at the 2nd drivethru lane and they let 3 people from the other lane order and did not even take my order. Never going back.

Had a crappy experience with night shift and a guy who can't do his job, or take accountability for not doing his job. Spoke with Chance who was a breath of fresh air! He was so much kinder and more professional! Thank you, Chance!

Compared to Memorial this store, in my opinion, is better. I can count on one hand (maybe two) the times I have had to go back in. 44 years of patronage. It is still just a McDonald's tho. Both stores have been remodeled. Both are acceptable. This one is my favorite.
