I take my grandson to the Lancaster Ohio MOD almost weekly and the entire staff is always very friendly and cheerful. They are very accommodating in preparing our delicious pizzas however requested.

Waited in line 25 min and then got a burnt pizza. When I showed staff member is said sorry oven was too hot and directed me to get back in line and they would remake. Had to wait at back of line again about 50 min till I got food. Should’ve taken care of me without line again. Poor customer service
