Endless options in regards to ice cream and toppings, this is the place our kids always ask to go to. Bonus is that Scoops is in the name and our kids are obsessed with Stranger Things.

It's like stepping back into better times there. The food is so good and staff are helpful and friendly! I would advise anyone to go check out the place.
Love the food and prices but this is the second time they’ve gotten my order wrong I asked for two regular coney dogs and one with mustard and onion but gave me two with mustard and onion . Also put my tomatoes under the hot chicken but the lettuce on top which i would rather have my cold toppings on the top, still all over good food and I still ate everything. Just want to give some insight

Lancaster's best kept secret. Nancy Scoops has got the good stuff. Excellent food at incredibly reasonable prices and best ice cream in town. Daily specials and FREE pup cups for the doggerz- Now I ask you, who can beat that?? Nancy is truly an asset to our neighborhood, and all her employees are kind and friendly. Stop by over on W Fair just beyond the railroad tracks and you'll find out why - everybody's in love with Nancy.
