The employees have not been trained properly to run a smooth operation, in a quick orderly manner.Thursday 3/28 afternoon, went & ordered sandwich & icecream scoops, sandwich delivered, not icecream, cashier takes more orders and serves them icecream, I say we did not get our icecream, she says very firmly, she knows, tells me she took their order and served them, and will take another order, and then she will give me MY icecream, so I am waiting for my icecream which I want to eat with my sandwich. That is terrible service, inappropriate and she has a terrible, uncaring, attitude and was very rude. Yes, we been there many times and thru the drive thru, it is extremely slow if busy, usually it is way too cold or too hot in there, but people tolerate it, which is due to training, but this behavior is absolutely unacceptable. I will not go there again!
