My wife and I stopped in for drinks for our 24th wedding anniversary. We had such a good time we decided to come back the following day for lunch. We're so glad we did. Judy and Keith are great hosts and the food was delicious! Next time you're near Lancaster Ohio, do yourselves a favor and stop in at O'Huids. You won't be sorry.

First time in this establishment and the bartender walked to the table behind me and loudly made fun of my appearance. It is really not often that you get directly mistreated by an employee in a customer service situation but this was pretty mind blowing.

Absolutely love this place. Celiac safe, the owners' daughter is Celiac so they have a ton of safe options. Great food, solid prices.

Stopped in for lunch on the July 4th. I would give our waiter 5 stars for sure!!! The bar tender took forever getting drinks. The waiter apologized it took so long. Ordered burgers and fries, fries were soggy. We were optimistic with the ratings we read, but disappointed with the 1/2 the service and 1/2 the food. It was very slow, not busy. Would not go back.

We stopped in at the end of the Bottoms Up weekend for the Tiki Takeover, and were blown away by the quality of the food and drinks…and by the fact that the single server who looked like he had been working without a break since Thursday was super kind and attentive and helpful even though we were just about the last ones out. We will definitely be back to try the regular menu, but the fish and chips and Huli Huli pulled pork were amazing!

I am so glad we stopped in during our trip to Hocking Hills for a long weekend (we stayed in Lancaster). This is a local gem! So much so that we ate dinner here both nights. Both evenings we sat at the bar and had outstanding service from the owner (think Judy was her name). Drinks were great, I had an espresso martini one evening and it was one of best I’ve had. My boyfriend loved the beer selection. Wine was also good, a go-to for me. We had the bangers and mash with a salad the first night and loved it. Second night we split a burger, tried Irish nachos- sides were minty mashed peas and the cabbage and potato mix (forget proper name)- both were fabulous! Both evenings we splurged and split cheesecake which is house made. Chai then peach cobbler flavor. Outstanding. I will miss this place now we’re back home. Highly recommend a stop in. Service was friendly and fast. Atmosphere was cozy. Thank you for your hospitality!!
My daughter and I arrived before the kitchen opened up but the manager let us in anyway as long as we didn't mind waiting for the kitchen to open up, we didn't. We ordered the Irish nachos, the Maeva burger with mashed potatoes and a side of Guinness gravy. The Brando with colcannon, and a piece of lavender cake. Everything was excellent, cooked to order, and delicious. If you want to try out different foods then the normal run of the mill items on a menu, check this place out.

What happened to this place? It used to be so great. First off I sat at the bar which is a mistake. The bar stools need replaced. There’s no cushion left in them. Was very hard to sit there. Second it took forever to get our food which wasn’t hot. The wings were very good, what sucks is I ordered the mini seafood basket. Didn’t think it would be that mini…. It had two very small pieces of shrimp and three small pieces of fish. From previous trips in there the fish were monster and very crispy. I just couldn’t believe they charged me $14 for 5 small pieces of protein. It did have cold fries to go with it tho. I bought a Guinness as well. The total bill was over $40! Money not well spent. It’s just a shame. I use to love that place and it will be my last time in there.
I had the William Wallace and Mushy Peas. Both excellent choices. I tasted my friend's Cottage Pie and Brown Bread that was excellent as well. Highly recommend. Conversed with the owner about the history of the place, only 7 years old but due to architectural salvage in Columbus that beautiful bar looked 100's of year old .
