We stumbled upon this place on our vacation and were so very pleased that we did! The food was outrageously good - especially for the reasonable prices. The staff were pleasant and attentive and the atmosphere was great! They had karaoke which was fun and not so loud that you couldn’t still talk to people. Honestly, great time and great dinner I would 100% recommend!!

It had been a while since I have been there their wings used to be saucy there was barely any sauce in the wings but they were still good I just prefer mine messy The waitress was very nice and helpful it was quiet and peaceful.

Old Bill Baileys is a Lancaster gathering place .For excellent food and drink.Small town atmosphere with entertainment. There is a huge outside seating space. The staff treats all who visit with the most courteous and professional service above and beyond normal. It's a small town gem.
