Terrible service after a year of good service. Bartender Valeriea claims I threw my cards at her... I left them nicely placed in bar mat standing vertically. Never threw snything... be accountable and be truthful. I Had 2 beers and 2 Jameson and gingers. Drinks were mixed very good and correct. This post only consists of truth. Some good and some disappointing. Really thought we were friends Val. Enjoy the moonshine I gave you and every time, all the times I tipped well $10 on $10 tab? Yes that is correct. We're all going through something, I pray you get through what you got to overcome and conquer. Try to understand people and connect better, it helps. Best of luck to ya girl. 216

I used to be a regular there always tipped well . I seen this bar going down hill . You guys have lost alot of customers. There's barely ever people in there . The owner refuses to play anything but country . Its kinda imatchure in my opinion not everyone wants to listen to depressing music all night . A bar is supposed to be uplifting . It smells bad in there . I dont know what you guys did to the drinks but they arent being made right anymore . I wont be coming back . It sucks to see it go . But man you need a new owner that bar has gone down hill ever since 😕 . Used to be the hot spot . Now you have an empty dance floor and a couple old people and thats it

They pick favorites. I sat there for 20 minutes and no drink. The bartender sat there and laughed with other people and then served the next person that walked up.

Love when DJ Nate plays at O.C. He Definitely gets everyone hyped and dancing, super fun time! Usually very prompt service from the bar if the crowds not too big that night.. also they have 4 pool tables to play on..

I have been coming to this bar for a few years. There is always so much violence, to a level that's insane. I've seen people get shot, stabbed, punched in the face, I mean all kinds of thing. I mostly just keep to myself or with my small group of friends. The other day I was there and this bartender (whom is newer) told several people (all but me) that I was sitting at the bar selling drugs. This is a complete lie. I went to confront her, she refused to talk to me. I then asked the "head bartender" and she said she would review cameras. They never reviewed anything, and the cops showed up. Nothing ever came out of it. This place is so rude, create drama for no reason. The owners should reconsider who they have running this place.

Bartenders were terrible and messed up orders and refused to make it right. The DJ played the worst music I’ve ever heard. Don’t recommend.

Bartender is rude!!! She does not care who comes back. Once they have your money they have it and do not care!! I would only suggest you come here if you enjoy getting treated like the dirt on her shoe. I’ve seen better customer service from McDonald’s AI robots that don’t know what they’re talkin about. Food served is only roller hotdogs and popcorn. Would not recommend to my worst enemy

Bartender is very rude. Had multiple people walk out tonight due to her negligence and failure to do her job. This used to be the best place in Lancaster to meet up with your friends. Bad customer service has ruined this place. I will never be back.
