My husband & I come to this Panera frequently. The coffee is always delicious (sometimes not hot enough) and we enjoy the seasonal updates to the menu. Julia is a joy to talk to while taking our order. Last night, the restaurant was very busy and she looked like she was doing 3 jobs at once. A younger girl was at the register and abruptly barked for Julia to come to the register NOW! We were on our way to church and that sharp tone from one co-worker to another was quite disheartening, the young family behind us even took notice.
Despite the restaurant being full, we (the customers) were patient and relaxed. It was unfortunate to see that kind of behavior from an employee.

Love Panera. So busy and backed up but it was lunch time. Summer menu is good. Limited food on sandwich. Avocado was a little hard and too dark.

Eating area was dirty with limited space to return dishes. Bathroom was filthy, no paper towels and smelled of urine.

Very expensive and the bread was very hard and hurt my tooth, and I only have one tooth left, so I have to be very careful. I m lost the rest of my teeth when I tried to jump over a parking meter. I actually made it over the parking meter but I accidentally landed on Jennifer Lopez and her body guards roughed me up and knocked all my teeth out, well except one and I call him Jimmy the tooth.

Great location located in Lancaster, Ohio on Ety Rd. Near Route 33. Location has easy access to other shopping locations. The food is fresh. Bagels are made on-site daily. Fresh coffee all day long. Soups and salads are very good and healthy. The cheddar broccoli is a favorite for me.

Placed a doordash and forgot all 4 of our baguettes, ice cold chilli but everything else was hot? Also gave us the wrong mac n cheese, everything was wrong. What a joke.

The food is great and the location as exoected, but getting the food was just so slow. There was only one person ahead of me and yet it took about 25 minutes to order and be served (both slow). I stopped going to my local Panera for this reason but assumed it was a location-specific issue. However, trying this Panera away from home, I had the same experience. It seems there were too few people scheduled, and also that the take-out service bogs things down.

The food was good but the store was filthy. You could tell it hadent be cleaned in while, there was dirty booths and the floor underneath them was really bad. You could tell it had been there for quite awhile. Not just from one day. The bathroom was gross also, toilet paper all over the floor, sticky floor, nasty. This place really needs to be cleaned up. I was wondering what the cooking station looks like. I will not be coming back.

Betty from catering went above and beyond to help me with my order! Doordash was being unresponsive and she helped me track it down. Then she followed up with me later to make sure everything arrived alright. Thank you, Betty!

We usually only visit when we have gift cards, as this wouldn’t be our first choice for dining. During this visit, one of us ordered the ‘You Pick 2,’ and the other had a regular meal from the menu. While we’ve tried a variety of items, including sandwiches, soups, and bread bowls, the food quality remains average at best and doesn’t justify the price. Our total came to over $30 for a small portion of food. It did fill us up, but the value just wasn’t there. While the service was decent, the food simply isn’t worth the cost. For the same price (or less), we’d rather cook at home or support a local business.
