Received three pizzas, ordered well done and light sauce. Got home and they’re wet with sauce and raw dough in the middle. Not even “normal” bake, let alone well done. Inedible. Had to toss out.

They provide horrible services to there doordashers. I experienced it this evening for myself with an employee there he was rude and said doordash canceled the order with them and he had his own driver take the order. I was on the phone with doordash support for an hour and lost out on money and other order and they said they do not call store to cancel orders cause they didn't have dashers when there are dashers out and ther was a dasher that did accept the order. So she contacted the store.

Today I picked up a pizza from here first time in a long time and it was made terribly sloppy and parts of it seemed undercooked and not properly cut. A the lady behind the counter was extremely dirty.

Ordered pizza through the Papa John's website. They are using Door Dash to deliver. If I wanted to order Door Dash, I would order through them, not the companies website. Pizza arrived over 45 minutes late nearly two hours after ordering. One of the pizzas was undercooked, and part of our order was missing. We went ahead and tipped the Door Dash driver despite the fact we tipped through the Papa John's order because they are not passing those tips along. The poor young woman cried.

I just really love that everybody here is so nice. Even when I have to wait or they forgot to put something in I do not mind. Perfect examples of it's not what you say but how you say it.
This store used to be good, after my most recent experience I will never look at this store as a reputable spot again. Picked my food up in which they didn't give me everything, called the store and was on hold for over 2 hours. Don't waste your money here not worth the time or money.

If you are wanting real Papa John’s pizza don’t order from this Papa John’s because you won’t get that at all! I am not one to leave horrible reviews but the couple times we have ordered from here the pizza is just horrible and not at all like it is suppose to be. It is sad when you can go to another Papa John’s and actually get what you paid for and wanted. It is also sad when your kids even notice the difference and don’t want it because it is so bad. They said why does this pizza look like this and taste so bad. They said it isn’t like this at our Dads when we get Papa John’s. The crust is flat as can be and not at all like it is supposed to be. There was big bubbles on most of the pieces because of the crust being so thin and not made right. Over all it just is sad to spend so much money on pizza that you can just get at the store. I wont be ordering again that is for sure and will take my money elsewhere! I just hope that they get better management or better workers or fix whatever the issue is!

Ordered a pizza and garlic knots tonight (a Wednesday) and it took over an hour. Not only was it was too slow but the garlic knots were undercooked and no sauce was included (ordered pizza sauce) but then my pizza arrived with hair in the cheese. Wasted time and money on some pizza that the local racoons will get to eat from my garage. Save yourself time and money by ordering any other pizza in town.

This store needs real help. Yes I know places can get busy. But the way this store was handing a rush was terrible. The one employee was touching everyone's pizza without gloves after touching the phone and her sharpie, also rubbing her hands on her pants (her butt). We ordered on the app. It said our food would be done at 7:10. We didn't get our food until 8. YES I mean 8pm. Our GARLIC STUFFED CRUST PIZZA didn't have any GARLIC! They don't keep the orders that are ready on a warmer. They are just sitting on the counter. This place sux. I won't be back.
