three times in a row they keep messing up simple instructions. i have to wonder if they just don't care. this franchise must rely on people ordering out of name recognition. I have called and asked manager to make sure it was made correctly because of my history of problems he sounded like he wasn't really interested but reluctantly agreed to ensure it would be made right. after driving 15 minutes into town I walking into the store and the manager hands me the pizza, I open to see that it is clearly not made correctly. I was shocked. The manager did not care at all. Simply refunded my money and let me walk out. Never again. This place is horrible.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a 10-piece boneless wings, order was promised at 7:40 at the latest and I am still sitting here at 8:15 waiting on them. Did get a free pizza out of it though on my next order.

A week ago I ordered a 16" New York style. Half pepperoni and half mushroom. What I got was all the toppings, ( all three mushroom slices, and all five slices of pepperoni ) on one half of the pizza.....in two slices ! Plus, this pizza was in no way like a New York ! So I called and they gladly took my info for a replacement.....or so I thought. Ordered the replacement this week and found they had no record of my name or anything regarding replacement. I told them what it was and they made it for me no charge. It looked wonderful.....lots of pepperoni on half and lots of mushrooms on the other half.....all held together with hair !!! All of the girls in there have long hair and they're not required to wear hair nets. Strike two Papa John's ! I'm not going for the third strike ! I will however call the local health department, and never step foot in there again. I suggest if you're looking to get pizza; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !

After attempting to contact them for over a week without receiving a response, I feel compelled to share my experience. The service was extremely disappointing, showing a complete disregard for quality. I discovered melted plastic in my food and, despite waiting over an hour and a half on hold, I received no assistance before the store closed. I would have been satisfied with either a remake of the meal or a credit for a future order, but unfortunately, no resolution was provided.
I usually have a very good experience with pizza from Papa John’s - in fact, it is my favorite pizza place, but I was very disappointed today. I order a pizza for take out, let the man know on the phone that my husband will have a coupon when he picks it up since there isn’t a code to enter to give. When my husband got there and gave the coupon (no where does it say online only on this coupon) the guy tells my husband it’s an online only coupon, however there wasn’t a code put on this coupon so we wouldn’t have been able to enter it in on our own anyways. The pizza was going to be $6.99, and they were not willing to put a coupon on to make the price right. So we didn’t get a pizza for dinner, they were not helpful. I used to work at Donatos back in the day and Donatos would have made it right and helped put in a code since that was there error. The manager should have made it right. They lost our business this evening. I am very disappointed and upset with the service tonight.

Absolutely Disgusting ,she's making a pizza comes to the register stuff all over her hands.Hands me my money and then goes back to making pizza without washing her hands. I asked to talk with a manager and she looks at me and says that she was the manager and that's how all pizza places are ran, and that the pizza would be fine after it was ran through the oven.

Didn’t receive my full order. Had two missed calls, with no voicemail???? Saw it was Papa Johns and tried calling back but kept being put on hold. Never learned why they were calling. Assume it was about my missing item. I have a gluten intolerance and the missing item was the food item that is made gluten free. Spouse says the food that was delivered was not good. Would not recommend, will not be ordering again. Even if the item was not available, they could have left a voicemail? The delivery driver was unaware, she just delivered what she was told.
