Ordered Two Subs last week Sept 2025 , After we Ordered my Daughter who holds a Food Safety License and is a Chef pointed out how Dirty and unclean the Grill was with food scraps all over it , the counter in Cooking area was a mess food everywhere, the oven had build up and build up of nasty food! Our Fries were not cooked all the way and not whole Fries just tiny Pieces like in Bottom of a bag!!! Where is Management in this place???? It used to be really good when it opened???? What is going on in this Place??? Health Department needs to be Notified immediately!!!! This place is so Unclean I’m surprised someone has not become Seriously ill ! How is this place Open??? Unreal!!!

How is this place not shut down by the Fairfield county department of health? Disgusting facility, filthy dirty employees handing food after finishing texting or whatever and did not wash their hands! Kid looks like his pants have never been washed either like he definitely just wipes his dirty hands all o er his pants.

Stop there are excellent people they are really good at their job

Have ordered here for take out twice in the last 30 days. Both times the staff have been short and snappy during our interaction. They seem angry that I am even there. Overall very unpleasant experience

Bread seemed to not even be baked, very chewy and doughy. Bad first impression

The sink in the womens restroom was so filthy is looked like it hasn't been scrubbed for a month. The back of the sink needs caulked too. It's separating from the wall. Floor was also sticky.
Food was ok.

Food & service as expected

This is a poor example of a penn station. Waited 45 minutes for our food to come out because they prioritized all the to go orders that came in well after us. When we finally got our food, it was bread with a little bit of toppings and that’s being generous. Our “medium” fry looked smaller than the smalls normally are. Don’t waste your time going here
