Parents beware! Pizza cottage in lancaster gives small children the poorest quality plastic spoons imaginable. My 5 year old litterly ate plastic shards due to spoon literally splintering in his mouth. When worker was shown they said nothing they could do. Well I can tell you if my kid end up in the ER Pizza cottage will be sued.

Well the Mt. Vernon place drive throw sucks for HANDICAP to get out of PARKING PLACE!!!!! ESPECIALLY FOR DISABLED PERSON TO BACKUP!!!!!! U can't back out when the Drive through is backed up.The one in Lancaster is VERY GREASEY!!!! The Pepperoni's full of grease. YULKParking: 3 places on Right side is a VERY CONGESTED ARE TO BACK OUT AN GO BECAYSE THE DRIVE NOT WIDE ENOUGH FOR 2 LANES BESIDES WHO WANTS TO WAIT FOR FOR OTHERS TO PICKUP AN FOR SOME ONE TO LET U OUT. I SET THERE FOR 20 MINUTES TO GET OUT. !!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN GO BACK THERE

They have a great lunch special 9.99 entree side and drink. Fresh salad,hot fries,pizza is fabulous and boneless tenders are great. Me and my husband get a different one and share for a variety. Lancaster is great.been to one in another City wasn't as good. But Lancaster is always good.

We ordered to-go.We sat down while waiting for our order. Someone was always checking on us, to make sure we've been attended to. And circled back to even check on our order.The pizza too didn't disappoint. I loved their wings too. Surely will be back whenever I'm in town.Great atmosphere too.

Boyfriend ordered 2 subs Italian and ham and CHEESE. No lettuce on the Italian and no cheese on the ham and cheese. Lettuce is brown and 3 shades of green that wasn’t brown. Plus so much mayo that it looked like a bottle exploded on it. Bad weather tonight so I guess I’m not eating a sub tonight, as it is 23 miles there one way. Manager refunded the cost of the slop but now I have to figure out what to hurry up and make for me and my son to eat. HORRIBLE FOOD!!!!!!!! Wish I could post a picture of the slop.
