Went to pick up the order and they didn't have it (online order), apparently they gave it to another customer. We already paid it for it, so we waited, and they still wouldn't push our order through. This place is a joke, a bunch of high school kids making mediocre pizza. Pizza Hut used to be good, what a shame.
I ordered a 3 topping pizza and it barely looked like a 1 topping. So skimpy on their toppings.

Man i love some pizza hut pizza and wings me and the family drive 30 minutes to eat here. But I gotta say it's been horrible the last past year or so. We came in about a month or two ago, and they told us they are overwhelmed and not taking no more orders, so we had to leave. Today we came in super slow and rude, waited 30 minutes on a pizza told us the wings wasn't ready waited another 20 on the wings. After they brung us the wings, they told us they are closing early 4 hours early told us they are locking the doors and we have to go. I won't go back ever again do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Our order was supposed to be delivered 40 minutes ago, still not here. I called Pizza Hut and spoke to their answering service who informed me that they were closed! He told me that I had to contact the store for a refund. How am I supposed to do that when they’re closed????

When ordering online, they choose to use door dash to deliver, which I didn't know. So when I got a text saying your door dash driver is on the way and for me to have exact change , I wasn't happy I didn't have exact change and I was not about to give someone a ten dollar tip. And door dash doesn't make change. This is ridiculous on pizza huts behalf. So I call the store to speak to someone about this, she told me to call door dash about the situation. Again I ordered through pizza huts site not door dash. Said she didn't know what to tell me then hung up on me. This is a shameful store!!!!
