Man i love some pizza hut pizza and wings me and the family drive 30 minutes to eat here. But I gotta say it's been horrible the last past year or so. We came in about a month or two ago, and they told us they are overwhelmed and not taking no more orders, so we had to leave. Today we came in super slow and rude, waited 30 minutes on a pizza told us the wings wasn't ready waited another 20 on the wings. After they brung us the wings, they told us they are closing early 4 hours early told us they are locking the doors and we have to go. I won't go back ever again do yourself a favor go somewhere else.

Our order was supposed to be delivered 40 minutes ago, still not here. I called Pizza Hut and spoke to their answering service who informed me that they were closed! He told me that I had to contact the store for a refund. How am I supposed to do that when they’re closed????

When ordering online, they choose to use door dash to deliver, which I didn't know. So when I got a text saying your door dash driver is on the way and for me to have exact change , I wasn't happy I didn't have exact change and I was not about to give someone a ten dollar tip. And door dash doesn't make change. This is ridiculous on pizza huts behalf. So I call the store to speak to someone about this, she told me to call door dash about the situation. Again I ordered through pizza huts site not door dash. Said she didn't know what to tell me then hung up on me. This is a shameful store!!!!

Tried to place a delivery order and when given the address to her, she says it's shows no delivery in the area. MAKE THAT MAKE SINCE?? Pierce ave & w fair you don't deliver to.....? Very unacceptable, as I've had many deliveries to my house and my old address which is farther than where I'm at now from PIZZA HUT. Explain. I sent ya'll an email as well with my phone number. Let's see if you reach back out to me about this issue.

swear to god if you place an order an hour plus to close you won't get food. order will b canceled. the owner needs to be more involved cuz their staff is choosing the hours. Will be switching to donatos

I was so excited to take my Grandson to eat Was disappointed in the change. Order at counter no menu's. Only bottle pop NO WATER. Changed tables not compatible brought pizza yo table in box. Very disappointed plastic fork, which I had to go ask for... the young girls would hid in back I had raise my voice to get attention... It was sad not to many left to sit down & ear... I don't think I'll eat inside again in Lancaster Ohio... Sorry Pizza Hut
I ordered a pizza through phone ordering. I arrived at the Pizza Hut and paid promptly with a credit card. I was asked if I wanted a receipt but declined. I waited another 5 minutes for the pizza to finish. Once it was done they told me the pizza was ready but that needed to pay despite already paying. They said that my transaction did not go through on their end. I showed them that the transaction had in fact gone through as my credit card company indicated that it had. They refused to give me the pizza. They wanted me to pay twice for a pizza that I had already paid for. This is criminal behavior and I refused to engage it. Thus, I left without pizza and had to fight with their corporate headquarters to get the charges reversed. Not once did anyone from Pizza Hut or Pizza Hut corporate apologize. My advice, do not go to Pizza Hut in Lancaster, Ohio unless you want to be scammed.

Order was very delayed but the person working was incredibly kind and apologetic. Genuinely nice and made an effort to compensate for the delay.
