I have really been wanting to try this place and decided while we were already downtown, to stop in and see what they have. I was looking at the bakery case when I was approached by a worker and he told me I would need to go to the front of the store. I was a bit confused as to why since it’s where you look at the bakery items but I walked away. He stared at me the entire time and it was very awkward. My daughter and husband were looking at wines and my mother came over and told me the worker was “watching me” and she thought something was wrong. I looked back and sure enough the same worker was staring at me. There were others back there looking at the same display case I was looking at and the worker allowed them to stay there. I decided to leave because it was just a weird experience. It didn’t dawn on me until we left that the worker kept staring at my arm. I have a dialysis fistula because I require dialysis treatments 3 times a week. He thought I was a drug addict!!! That’s the first time since starting dialysis a year ago that anyone has judged ( wrongly ) me. I was mad and didn’t want to go back in to educate the employee but my daughter did instead. I would have loved to try coffee and a key lime desert, but this experience put a bad taste in my mouth.

LUNCH WAS AMAZING!!! AS ALWAYS!! Thank you so much for being awesome!! And those key lime shortbread cookies are divine!!! And your chicken salad is the best I’ve ever had (shhh…don’t tell my mom! Lol). Gosh I wish I lived closer!! Everything I’ve ever had there is just delicious, and what makes the food even better are the smiling faces, great customer service, and attention to detail from those behind the counter. ❤️

Cute place with great options! They also have wine and varies extras to choose from. I got cookies and pastries, which were fantastic! The staff is friendly and helpful.

Never ate here but the coffee is great and they always let me use the bathroom when I’m in need of it visiting downtown.

Provisions is a promising new bakery & deli in downtown Lancaster. A great place to start the day or refuel for the afternoon. With great service, food, and a fantastic interior, Provisions has a lot to offer. The baked goods are delicious and the sandwiches are very solid. Sadly, the coffee isn't that great, and with dozens of options popping up in the Lancaster area I'd have to say I was hoping for more.

The sandwiches and service were amazing... the lack of a 5th star comes from the almost inedible pickel

A friend recommended Provisions for lunch and it was so good I brought my wife the next morning for breakfast too! Service was quick, staff were very kind and helpful, and the food was delicious!

Wonderful food but ghastly loud. Loud music and when busy impossible to have a quiet conversation.

Parking: Very little street parking. Park behind the building and use the rear entrance.

Yummy food downtown. Kinda help yourself deli orders at the counter. It's ok if you are good with a busy room. Love the food.

I ordered their chicken ceaser salad, absolutely loved it, delicious 10/10 will be back for the salad. I have a severe gluten allergy, they had a gluten free brownie and cookie, I got the brownie. It was very good.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread option and 2 dessert options

overpriced, small portions. Hardly any sauerkraut on a Reuben. Arby's french dip is just as good and cheaper
