Only complaint is the thermostat must stay at 59 degrees! It's chilly inside but food and service is always great!

Chicken tenders and mediocre fries. Usually quick even when bizy and it is very bizy. Chicken is bland, but you get it for the sauce.

I went in today and they were taking orders by hand. Lady with big eyeliner was very rude. Proceeded after my order to window. Lady was kind but in the caniac combo. If only came with 3 tenders instead of 6. She gave us the drinks with the lids not fully on . And gave us coleslaw instead of toast like I asked. Very disappointing since I live 30 minutes away.

Took my husband and great- grandson here for lunch today... bought 2 of the box lunches which were very good...the cashier forgot to add my senior citizens to the bill... when my husband went up to counter to ask about it.. the manager said she would be right back.... she gave us 2 gift cards for another two box lunches for another time... I didn't expect that.... THANK YOU AGAIN RAISING CANES!!!!outstanding customer service!!!

Had to turn around 30 minutes back to get my order fixed just for the manager to tell us it’s too late to fix it I won’t be back I’m 65 years old this is insane ! This guy shouldn’t be working here I’m calling corporate
