Ordered curbside and no one bright my food out. Tried calling the store. No one answered. So when I went in it was sitting in the pickup area. So my food was cold.

Great food nearly all the time. There is an occasional instance when the chicken fingers look more like chicken fries, but they usually do it well

Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. The manager was aggressive with customers and seemed overwhelmed that the lobby was moderately busy. Very unprofessional behavior.

I'm not a fan. Absolutely full of cooking oil, y'all gotta let em drain a few minutes. They were full of oil because half of the breading fell off in the fryer and the rest fell off when I tried to eat em. And that breading..... Y'all need to add some spices!!! They have no flavor!! I hear someone else puts 11 in theirs ?. Best thing they serve is their Texas Toast it's pretty awesome?.

Ordered food asked for no coleslaw extra fries..they of course gave me coleslaw which is my least favorite thing and at almost 12 dollars a box I should get what I ordered. Also ordered two different kids meals with drinks specific and they gave my kids whatever drink I got. Super disappointed with the lack to follow simple directions. Not to mention our food had a weird smell to it

I went at 7 pm and the drive thru was around the building.
