Terrible employees, terrible attitude. Food is usually decent but the people that work here suck. Ordered food and used my points, when I pulled up they told me they were out of mozzarella sticks and that they couldn’t refund any of my money and if I had a problem with it they can call the police and have them remove me.

Rallys fries are really good but sadly the medium is almost $4 and they give you less than most restaurants small. I think there were 14 fries in their medium. Also the photo of burger on their menu and the actual burger is at least 70% smaller than advertised. Rallys used to be awesome. I hate giving less than 5 stars but sadly rallys has turned into a rip off.

We placed an online order so the food would be ready when we got here. However, not only am I still sitting here waiting 20 minutes after arriving, there have been 6 customers go through the regular line, placing orders and getting their food while I am still sitting here waiting. I would leave but I have already paid for the food.... still waiting. I will update when or if I ever get my food I ALREADY PAID FOR!

Be sure to check your bag to make sure the food is all there because they DO NOT ANSWER the phone - we just bought enough for 4 people and get home to see a sandwich is missing but nobody answers when we call and who wants to make a second trip 2-3 miles away? Guess your reviews just took another downhill slope. DO BETTER!

Was rushed repeated when placing our order, got our order wrong, manager was cussing and playing around, didn't give us a receipt, and the food was awful. Diffentely, won't go back. Will never recommend this place.

Purchased the new seasoned onion. Absolutely love the flavor. $3.49 for what I got is absolutely ridiculous.
Its Rally's, its fast food, fries are slamming and the burgers are decent! I go for the fries and now these Philly cheese steak bites!
