I adore this Rally's. The food is always fresh and delicious and the workers there are always so nice! Today, they apologized for the wait and we didn't even wait that long. Also, they always get my order straight, which is something I don't see a lot these days.
EDIT: /unfortunately, Not long after I made the original post up there, we went at night and we got the wrong size of fries, my chicken sandwich had only pickle and my husband's big buford only had ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise. We had both paid extra for other toppings and the original toppings weren't there as well. I took my review down to half because it seems like not shift at this place doesn't care at all.
We also, tried to get some money back by writing in since also no one would answer at the location once we got home and we didn't have time to drive back but we've heard nothing back.

Person by the name of Brett works there really nice guy always gets my order right. Having a worker like Brett makes all the difference in running a fast food joint I won't go anywhere else for a burger or chicken sandwich now.

I absolutely love this rallys! The food is always made right. There's burgers are meaty! The fries are unbeatable! Staff is always friendly!
Waited at the drive thru window for a doordash order before I unassigned and left. That is unacceptable. The workers acted like they didn't know what was going on.

I doordash for extra money and everytime I get a pickup order from this place it's at least a 20+ minute wait it no matter what. The last order was 1 baconzilla meal. A burger, fries, and a drink. It was apparent that they purposely push back or avoid making the doordash orders. Only 2 cars went through the drive thru side and both orders were completed before the doordash after I arrived first. There were 5 employees in the store and not one person came to the window to let me know the order was being made. Filed a complaint to doordash and will be letting other doordash drivers know to avoid this place as it's a waste of time. I can understand if the store was busy but they purposely ignore and drag out doordash orders out of spite. After receiving the order instead of apologizing for the wait I was told to have a great night. A joke of a store and a blimish to Rallys corporation. The store needs an overhaul and actual training, denying every order from here on out!

So we order at rally’s and we were waiting for 20 minutes and I go up to the window and asked the worker how long our food was going to take and she gave me a dirty looks and took my receipt and walked away and the workers were giving me dirty looks while I was waiting once I got my food they shoved Mostly everything in there the bag was ripping terrible service wish they could do better
