Called Red Lobster in Lancaster Ohio on Christmas Eve to make a reservation for Christmas day. Was told they were not taking reservations. Nothing else, not even a thank you before hanging up. Arrived at 1:30 p.m. and was asked if we had a reservation! Told her no and we called yesterday. Was told (for the first time) that reservations are online and the wait would be an hour and a half. Needless to say, we went somewhere else for Christmas lunch.
Food is always delicious, staff is friendly and quick and the atmosphere is relaxing…and let’s not forget those biscuits 😍
Staff is excellent! Very friendly environment.
