Our server Michael was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and suggested the crab stuffed mushrooms. They were delicious. He was attentive without being overbearing making sure our glasses were never empty and our needs were ment with a smile. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a great overall experience.
My Mother and I went to the Lancaster Red Lobster and our waiter was Michael. He was an absolute joy and has a wonderful personality and he made us feel welcome and had us laughing and helped my Mom with her choices on the menu.
We had been to this or any other Red Lobster for several years. The quality and menu had just gone downhill. After reading articles of the new CEO’s changes, and seeing the positive reviews here, we decided to give it another try, and I’m glad we did. We went on a Sunday afternoon after church. The place was much cleaner than I remember, and not very busy (for their sakes, I hope that changes soon). The menu is larger than it used to be, and not everything is fried. Sorry...
