So I was impressed with the wrap but i got a salad not that impressed just Roman lettuce no cheese cold chicken and dried lo-mein noodles. The salad could been a little more splash for 10.00 salad.! But it was good.

Food is amazing. However, if you receive something you didn't order, they will blame you. I picked up lunch for my staff and one sandwich wasn't what we ordered. I was told that I specifically ordered it that way when in fact I did not. I explained that must have been someone else that ordered the same sandwich. I then was told no that was me. The awful customer service will prevent me and my staff member from being return customers.

For the price- we expected a bit more. My Greek salad didn't really have flavor. They were out of a number of items. Disappointed.

I ordered a small salad which is $2 less than the full salad and it was a quarter of the size of the full salad. That is not an exaggeration. I thought that someone had possibly put in the wrong container but called and they stood by this size. You would think the small salad would be half the regular considering its only $2 less but it was an extreme disappointment. Definitely not worth the money. I can't even believe they sell it for $5

Highly disappointed in how much this place has went downhill. The food was cold and looked old, the portions were smaller and the prices were higher than when I was here a month or so ago. I use to go here a lot but I will not be returning after my experience this time.
Unfortunately no pics as I didn't even think about it before I ate. I had the half salad half wrap combo with half a quesadilla wrap and half a cranberry pecan salad. The salad was absolutely DELICIOUS and exactly what I needed that day. The quesadilla wrap was a surprise. Came as a suggestion from one of the workers and it was well worth the suggestion. I also ended up getting the potato bacon soup which was good but in my opinion needed some seasoning. I am the first to admit I have a salty palate so I was relieved to hear my friend agreed. All in all the food was good and I would go back. My only complain was size. I saw my friends full salad and there's no way what I got was half. The half wrap was pretty small too but I can handle it.

Bring back Cool Cravings! Not sure why you took over Cool Cravings and changed the name , reciepes definitely don't taste nearly as good! Totally miss Cool Cravings ,you ruined some great food
