I want to like Scrambler, but we really only went because we had a BOGO entree. The effort behind Scrambler is great, but we saw our “server” when she took our order and brought our check. Our chicken and waffles/southern chicken Benedict weren’t great either. If we had better service, we would have sent it back, honestly.

Scramblers easily cracks my “Top 3” favorite breakfast spots in Lancaster. Even during the busy times the wait isn’t long. The servers are always fanastic, and helpful when questions arise about the menu.
The food here is fantastic. Always hot, fresh and flavorful. I usually get the Crab Cake Bennie, or the breakfast tacos. Both are top of the line. I will say, I have a hard time picking these dishes everytime I visit because EVERYTHING sounds so good. Portions are huge, making this a great value for your money.
Overall, Scramblers is a great experience. Don’t just take my word for it, plan a visit! 🙂🤘🏻

We were seated by a nice young man who bought our drinks. Then no one came to the table. A party of 6 was seated in another section after us and had their ordered taken and no one to our table. Two more tables were sat next to us. We stopped the young man and inquired about a server. He apologized and went to talk to a server. We waited a few more minutes and she came and went to the table behind us who were sat at least 5 minutes after us. At that time we got up stopped the young man to say she went to another table and left. After he talked to the server her demeanor changed and she commented to the people behind us that she didn’t know she had this section. Unprofessional at a minimum. And very disappointing for a restaurant that usually offers friendly service.
