Went twice just incase the first time was a fluke. Both times were long wait times and we got completely different orders. The manager remedied the situation, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.

Placed a mobile order and parked at a MOBILE ORDER stall, then checked in on the app to let them know I arrived. Girl comes out and says with an attitude saying I didn’t check in and that I should have parked closer to the building. She was very rude for no reason, if you don’t want customers to park in the mobile order parking spot then remove the sign. Unacceptable for people like her to work in a customer service business.

ordered a smash burger only mayo and onions they put pickle, the smash sauce plus they added bacon, tomatoes and lettuce was not on the ingredients list, wrong food someone needs to learn to read. is none edable as i dont know the ingredients in the sauce due to allergys.

I did an online order and reported my stall number when I got to the restaurant. After 6 minutes of seeing the drive thru line move and no food for me, I called the location and asked them where my food was. I got it soon after, but my fries were very cold. The Sonic in Athens is good. Not this one.

DISGUSTING ! Ordered an iced vanilla coffee. Got an iced vanilla and onion coffee ! And who knows what else was floating in there ! I stopped going there years ago because the food all tasted the same.....like month old grease. I thought I'd give them another try. Hasn't changed ! The place is filthy and the employees give you the impression you're bothering them. I gave one star because it's the lowest I could give, but it needs to be less. My advice is to just move on past this Sonic and find a cleaner place with actual edible food !!

Very slow drive thru However the gentleman at the window apologized for the wait and was pleasant
So slow even when not busy they take a long time not friendly at all and this has been multiple times the tots are always old i used to go for the need slushy but it's not worth the hassle used to be a great place
Me and my family ordered food and we didn't get any of our fries for our meals. The tots that we did get in my daughters kids meal was cold and stale. We went through the drive through and there was another car behind me so they weren't even busy at all. I genuinely like sonic but not this one.

I love outside of town, so I visit this Sonic whenever I pass through. Great food.
My only issue is I forgot to ask if the sweet tea was fresh. I used to love down south, where sweet tea is life. That's on me. Other then that, very happy with the quality of this Sonic
