Absolutely terrible experience and food. Took 30 minutes to get my order on a Monday when I pre ordered it 3 hours earlier. Me and 1 other car in the whole lot. Got 2 burgers. Only gave me 1 at first. And the 2nd 10 minutes later.

Went twice just incase the first time was a fluke. Both times were long wait times and we got completely different orders. The manager remedied the situation, but I don’t think I’ll be going back.
Placed a mobile order and parked at a MOBILE ORDER stall, then checked in on the app to let them know I arrived. Girl comes out and says with an attitude saying I didn’t check in and that I should have parked closer to the building. She was very rude for no reason, if you don’t want customers to park in the mobile order parking spot then remove the sign. Unacceptable for people like her to work in a customer service business.

ordered a smash burger only mayo and onions they put pickle, the smash sauce plus they added bacon, tomatoes and lettuce was not on the ingredients list, wrong food someone needs to learn to read. is none edable as i dont know the ingredients in the sauce due to allergys.
