Every visit to this Starbucks in Lancaster is a pleasure. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to get orders just right. The store is clean, cozy, and a perfect spot to grab a coffee or get a little work done. My drink is consistently made perfectly, and the baristas go above and beyond to make you feel appreciated. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. Definitely my favorite coffee stop in town!
I dropped my drink in the parking lot, fully expecting to have to come in and pay for another one. However, I was met with excellent customer service by Riley and Katelyn who remade my drink and sent me on my way with a smile!
