Props to Kailah, Cody and Marissa! My food was amazing, great portion of meat cheese and veggies! The chocolate chip cookies were so soft and gooey! These 3 seemed very happy to be there and held great conversation!

That Donny guy in there has the fastest hands in the east let me tell ya . He made me a wonderful chicken salad sub in a very timely and friendly fashion . Always positivity and efficiency. A+ . Ya did good bud 😊

This location on Main Street in Lancaster always provides excellent customer service and they make subs with plenty of love. I literally pass by other Subways just to come to this one.
They don't take coupons? Really? Subway isn't rich enough? Apparently not. As if they don't gouge customers enough with their mediocre, over price product. Apparently Subway is destitute.

I won't pretend I've eaten at this establishment, but let me clarify that it wasn't for lack of trying! Multiple times, I've tried to place online orders to pick up from this location, and multiple times, every item on the menu has been listed as out of stock. How does a sandwich shop that's 200 yards from a freaking KROGER run out of DELI MEAT?!? And yes, I understand that some lazy employee probably falsely marked it as such, but the issue isn't being resolved. Thankfully, Kroger had everything we needed to make our own sub's, we spent half the price, and they were double the quality. I won't make another attempt at eating here.

Employees come in wearing short shorts and have their long hair down all the time the manager brings her little kids into the store and lets them run around the employee only section barefoot heavy set girl named jewels is very rude and i notice a lot of people standing around not helping
