I won't pretend I've eaten at this establishment, but let me clarify that it wasn't for lack of trying! Multiple times, I've tried to place online orders to pick up from this location, and multiple times, every item on the menu has been listed as out of stock. How does a sandwich shop that's 200 yards from a freaking KROGER run out of DELI MEAT?!? And yes, I understand that some lazy employee probably falsely marked it as such, but the issue isn't being resolved. Thankfully, Kroger had everything we needed to make our own sub's, we spent half the price, and they were double the quality. I won't make another attempt at eating here.

Employees come in wearing short shorts and have their long hair down all the time the manager brings her little kids into the store and lets them run around the employee only section barefoot heavy set girl named jewels is very rude and i notice a lot of people standing around not helping

Subs were made incorrectly. I asked for no tomatoes had 12 tomatoes on it and had mayonnaise and oil instead of peppercorn ranch on my chicken bacon. Husband had asked for no onions on his and had 20 plus onions on his and had peppercorn ranch on the beast. Worst food ever. My bun was supposed to be toasted and with the sloppy drenched condiments it was soggy and gross. Will not be coming back. Very disappointed.

I wanted to notice a male employee with a beard and a smile, it was a Sunday night at 8pm. I told him I’ve noticed him a few times giving some friendly details about the menu and sandwiches. I noticed him doing it for myself and others and told him I appreciate that little extra he gives.
Service at all subways I’ve been to has been fairly good quality of food and service but I wanted to take a minute to thank the gentleman that’s doing that little bit extra. Hopefully this pat on the back finds him well, thank you sir!

My wife and I walked into this subway, were the only people in line, and wasn’t even looked at or acknowledged for 5 minutes while all 3 employees took their sweet time working on 2 pick up orders. Once they finally asked us what we wanted, they went SO slow it felt intentional. They under toasted both of our sandwiches, actual cold chicken and steak, not just lukewarm. Overall just nasty sandwiches. Not only did we not feel welcomed, we felt like it was personal. Whatever crew is working at 5pm on a Wednesday needs talked to lol

Cousin asked for extra toasted and did not do that my food was poorly made there was barley any sauce that I asked for it looked bare and it did not have anything on it I was very disappointed in this but clean restaurant though

I've been coming to this subway for years. I wont go to my local ones. I go out of my way to come to e. Main. The employees are always on point. Ask and offer extra things like cutting or wrapping separate. Never give a side eye if you ask for more condiments or veggies. You can give them your whole order and they remember it. And they're never out of my favorite bread. Really this location should get more attention than it does. Thank you guys for being so great!
Kid-friendliness: My sweet boy who is really well behaved...claimed on top of the table while I was ordering ?. I got him down but the employees never judged me. Hes 2 lol so I appreciated that
