None of the subway stores in Lancaster, take their own coupons. Seems like a waste to mail out all those coupons and then tell your customers you will not accept them. That's just one of my complaints. I'm done with subway!

I was in line at Subway for 20 minutes. In front of me, there were only two gentlemen that were together and had put in their order. For the complete time, I was not greeted, welcomed ignored almost felt like I was bothering them this saturday morning at 11:15 am .No one asked me or even told me that I was going to be waiting for a little bit, and I really wanted to get my husband an Italian sandwich that he had asked for. However, no one even tried to get my order. Not only this, someone came in while I was there and asked for a drink, and they gave it to him immediately. It makes no sense. Avoid this place if you can. There is another Subway in River Valley Plaza where the people are very pleasant. I recommend going there instead.

Good to see Subway has zero expectations for customer service. Takes this lady 7 mins to make a sub and another 4 mins of phone time after each sub

I stopped to 6 subs at 8:20pm. The kid told me they couldn't toast any subs because they were allowed to shut the oven down 45 minutes before they closed. Recommended I got to Subway on Memorial. When we got there it was already closed at 8:30. What happened to customer service?? Aren't store hours posted fora reason? Or do you get to pick your hours in this new way of doing things?

It's always a pleasure grabbing something to eat here. The two ladies I saw today were prompt and extremely friendly and the food was delicious, as always. I got a 6inch BLT and a sweet tea, very satisfied with my order.

When I got to this location I waited a few minutes before I noticed a sign on the cash register saying they would be back momentarily. Approximately 10 minutes after that two boys appeared the younger one asked how many steps I was ordering. I told him I would like four of the sliders, which is when he said he didn't know what I was talking about so I pointed it out feeling the menu and he said that he would attempt to make it. Several other customers and myself ask him if he would wash his hands and or put gloves on before touching the food then he grabbed the bag of buns out of the warmer and then with attitude yeah I'm putting gloves on now. Upon hearing that the older boy came over and started yelling at me about how he hasn't touched the food yet all he touched was a bad containing the food and I tried to explain to him that it's just simply asking if he could be hygienic and wash his hands or put gloves on before touching any of the food items or products or utensils that's when the older boy got on a power trip and said that he was not going to serve me apparently he does not take the spreading of illnesses and germs seriously which is unfortunate because now I will not be back to this location
If I could give it zero Stars I would walk in Hobby Lobby did a little shopping and was going to get a sandwich walked over to Subway and asked if they had a bathroom and the first response that came out of the assistance mouth was it's only for customers will not be shopping there and will not be eating there who in their right mind tells a 5 year old they cannot use the bathroom

I sit in this subway everyday on my lunch and all the workers are extremely rude and are always going outside for smoke breaks, they rarely ever give any kind words, they definitely hate their jobs, which is understandable due to the fact that they don’t get paid enough and are usually alone dealing with Al the customers that come through along with the online orders, but when working in customer service you should have at least some decency if a customer is polite to you.
