Went to order a sub, guess what? No body there literally!!! Called if there was someone inside, nothing!!!, stayed there for about 10 min screaming for somebody, still nothing, had to leave, some other customers came in and probably experienced the same.

Did not tell you one vegetable was an extra charge until you go to get your vegetables offered for us to pay before the sub way done then tried to get charged extra because we did not know you had to pay extra for a certain vegetable very poor staffing, one was the ladies was great the other one told us to go ahead and pay then she proceeded to tell us we had to pay extra!

Let me sit for half an hour without telling me my order was ready, then treated me like I was stupid because I didn't see it hidden behind a sign on the counter. Worst subway ever NEVER AGAIN.

I was informed after ordering that the owner of the store has refused to honor coupons anymore. The sandwich was OK but definitely not a $11 sandwich. Unfortunately won't be visiting anymore. Also was informed that all the arores in Lancaster are owned by the same person and none are honoring coupons.

Just got a couple sandwiches at 8:45, I understand it’s late so I informed the employee I would throw a few dollars as a tip. After which She gave me attitude and rude responses. Ive worked all day, more than making sandwiches at the local subway. I should not be receiving an attitude if I want a sub before the sub place closes. Get better.

So I ordered 2 items. 2 employees working (one experienced and one in training). As the experienced worker is making item 1 the trainee sneezes. She sneezed into her elbow, which is preferred, but now I'm a little skeeved out. I intently watch her to make sure she doesn't touch my food (which she didn't). The trainer had her go to the register while she made item 2. As she's making item 2 the trainee at the register sneezes again! This time a 5" long snot string is hanging from her nose, and she just stands there ?. Again, she never touched my food so I wasn't concerned about getting sick, but c'mon, that can't be happening on a food service line. We all sneeze but in that environment you need to walk away and wash up!!

I use this Subway quite frequently and have had pretty decent experiences until today, the young lady behind the counter at 5pm had little customer service skills and was rude. I would like to know who the owner is of this location.
As we walked in the employees were disgusted. One even said she hated her job.I haven't been to a Subway in sometime, I got a meatball sub. It was called the boss you had pepperoni, double the cheese, and 8 meatballs for a footlong sub.
