It's been years since I've been here. My schedule never seemed to align to their hours. Finally got to pick up today. Every bit as good as I remembered. Excellent friendly service. Piping hot pizza! And SUPER affordable.

Great pizza. Best in Lancaster by far. Pretty much every single person is kind and friendly in there, but there is one lady that is extremely rude, on the phone and when you pick up. Everything is done with an attitude. She clearly hates working there and i think sugar bears should find someone to replace her.

Best pizza in lancaster and ill die on that hill!!!
Only doing a 1 star simply bc they got no wings
Food was good, make sure you call ahead and order it to go. Given how high the reviews were I was overall disappointed.
The shop was not prepared for us to want to dine in, and the woman actually seemed annoyed that we hadn't ordered ahead when we wanted to dine in. Tables were dirty, and there was no table service at all beyond the kitchen staff bringing out the food. When we went back up to the register looking for napkins she said we walked away to soon for her to give us any. When we asked for a box for what we had not eaten the lady acted like it was a huge inconvenience and wanted to know what size we ordered and how much was left, eventually giving us a sized down box that was a bit of a pain to fit the leftovers in.
TL/DR : Food good, the experience so/so at best.
We came in on our way back to Columbus from Hocking Hills. I had read about this place for years, and it was a true treat and privilege to get to try it finally! There are about five tables here that can accommodate four people each. The crust is thick enough to avoid the pizza being floppy, as is sometimes the case with thin crust, Columbus style pizza. The sauce has such a sweet flavor and pleasant texture that it's one of the best I've tried anywhere. This is an absolutely solid joint to eat at if you're around the area. The owner took our order and was very friendly, and told us about the history of the place as well. You owe it to yourself to try this place if you're in the area.

love the pizza and the garlic butter is amazing
One of the best Pizza shops in town. Salad was crisp and delicious.
Best pizza in the area. Crust, sauce, toppings and cheese are 1st rate.
Amazing little place to grab a pizza! Very nostalgic of 90’s pizzeria
Have driven by 100's of times and finally decided to order. Pizza was great, biggest problem was it takes 25 minutes for me to get home and the pizza had gotten a little cold by then. I'll plan better the next time and maybe the dining room will open soon!
