The pizza was okay, I’ve had better I’ve had worse. We were excited to try something new and local but was met with attitude on the phone and when walking in to pick up our order the entire place was packed full of things everywhere just disorganized and run down and not clean which is not how i want to feel picking up something to eat.. 2 stars because it was affordable

LOVE this pizza! My favorite things are the sauce, pepperoni, and the onions! Only down side is there was no delivery. Other than that, Sugar Bears is one of my top 3 pizza places in Lancaster!

Still my favorite pizza, period! I consider myself a pizza connoisseur for sure. My second favorite is an Italian restaurant with true Italian owners up in Dublin. Both have a thin, crispy crust and a sweet sauce but Sugar Bears wins out by a nudge. We had pepperoni pizza, Chef Salad, garlic bread with cheese tonight and it was just as good as I remembered. Everyone has a different opinion especially when it comes to pizza. The employees I spoke with and dealt with were very friendly. We haven’t been here for several years now, they were having staffing issues several years back after Covid. Their for a long time their hours were so sporadic and when they were open you couldn’t get through. I felt like a kid again in the 80’s when you would try to call the radio station to win concert tickets. You know back when you had to camp out outside of Buzzards Nest for a week to get a few seats. Haha! I highly recommend if you like quality ingredients, thin and crispy crust with a sweet sauce you will be a fan too. Can’t wait to go back, see you soon Sugar Bears!

Second time getting pizza from Sugar Bears and it was even better than the first..this pizza was slightly crispier and I’m a fan of that. The pizza is thin crust and cut patty style for anyone interested. The garlic bread and sauce is also really good, the sauce reminds me of Pizza Hut from back in the day. I’ve had the same cashier both times and she has always been really friendly. Definitely going to be going here more in the future.
It's been years since I've been here. My schedule never seemed to align to their hours. Finally got to pick up today. Every bit as good as I remembered. Excellent friendly service. Piping hot pizza! And SUPER affordable.

Great pizza. Best in Lancaster by far. Pretty much every single person is kind and friendly in there, but there is one lady that is extremely rude, on the phone and when you pick up. Everything is done with an attitude. She clearly hates working there and i think sugar bears should find someone to replace her.
