Gabe is the best worker they have! He answered all my questions about the menu and was very friendly. I don’t even like Taco Bell but now I am just going to go to see Gabe. I kinda miss him actually. He brightened my night up in ways no one else has.

I hope Taco Bell leadership sees this and recognizes this stores employees! We went around 9pm and the two girls were so extremely polite and actually sweet. Our food wasn’t ready and we waited for a bit but to see the entire crew work so well together, so calmly together, was so refreshing. I honestly did not mind the wait. I wish all young people had the work ethic, to take pride in their job, that these young people do. Nothing they did was sloppy yet they maintained urgency and production. I loved this trip out!

Absolutely awful, ordered on the kiosk to end up waiting 20mins for my order, after 3 other couples came and left. So I walk up and ask what’s the hold up, and they just looked confused, someone decided to wipe the order from there screen and not make the order, and the person who did it starts yelling saying I swore i did the order, clearly not,

This location is soo much faster than memorial and the food is fresh and delicious. But the food on memorial dr doesnt hurt our stomachs like this one did. The entire house had upset stomachs 🥴

June 2 2025 I did not appreciate how when I came in with my mom to treat our family and surprise them with taco when a manager I am assuming thought it was appropriate to say loud enough for us customers to hear that we should have taken our money to the grocery store and make our own tacos! Well don’t worry next time we will! This will also be posted in Lancaster Facebook page! P.s if you don’t like your job then don’t work there!

I got a taco supreme with NO LETTUCE they gave me a taco supreme WITH LETTUCE The place was not even busy Won't be back
Staff in both stores, can’t cook correctly cheese is never melted, everything is half assed, you have lazy workers and store managers. Refusing to take orders saying we only us cash only. Then the car behind me said nothing. I sat and lessened. People want food but refuse consumers then help their own car ride home that pulls up behind me after talking to the workers that are outside. Managers and workers are being paid for no work and zero work ethic. What a shame. And you’ll read the comment and say it’s only Taco Bell, guess what it’s also your job.

These freaks told me they could make my chulupa however I wanted then gave me chicken like girl I asked for beef! Then forgot literally 1 sauce but could remember the one tiny detail for no tomatoes on dat chrunch wrap!

Stated open online till 1AM on a Saturday night. Got here at 11:58pm with other vehicles in drive through (waiting on their order) and they got on radio and stated they were closed.
