We just moved to the area and normally love Taco Bell…. But what’s up with this one? This is the 2nd time I’ve been sick from the Mexican pizza which tastes like the grease is old. It was disgusting. The taco was good. The lady at the window was pleasant tho, but that’s all this one has going for it. We will just go to the one across down…1000 times better.

I don't know what happened to the East side Taco Bell, but they got the last few orders correct the first try. Finally, Taco Bell is as good enough not to drive across town for it. If you live around here, everybody knows it's normally better to go to the other side of town for decent food and fewer mistakes. It's nice not to have to go out of the way for your tacos

Wheelchair accessibility: There is not a ramp on the East Main St location. I'm not sure about the one off of Memorial Dr.
Slowest Taco Bell in the world. The girl at the window has absolutely no care in the world. Not kidding 20 minute wait from order point which is about 4 cars. Got to window and literally watched girl pour 20 soft drinks when my bag of food was sitting ready to be handed over.

All of the food we got was stale. The cheese sauce was cold and super Liquidy like they diluted it with water. It was disgusting and these was only enough cheese to cover the bottom of the cup. Our tacos were cold, not even room temperature. Employees were not very nice either and acted like they couldn’t understand what I was trying to order and kept getting it wrong. I wish I could get my money back because the food was all wasted.

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited . 4 to 5 employees working and about 15 customers waiting in lobby. People are ordering on kiosk and then eventually just leaving without asking for a refund because they are tired of waiting and no one to help at cash register. Driver thru line moving, maybe concentrate a little on indoor customers? This place desperately needs management
