Sometimes this Tacobell is top notch, and I couldn't complain it would deserve 4 almost 5 on the food. Other times, accuracy, speed, availability are all huge issues. To the point that I wish I'd have went somewhere else to eat, deserving 2-3 stars for not poisoning me. The drive thru is of horrid design, as it gives you no other options to leave. So, once you get up to the window and they don't have pop, and they're out of ground beef!! You have no options but to proceed with some modified version of what you actually wanted.
And now All Taco Bells charge for any and all modification If you don't like a sauce and you simply want to swap it charged for adding sauce, but wait I didn't add anything i exchanged it???
I'm not certain who decided that was realistic, or a few of the other recent changes to billing.
I love the $7 box it used to come with chips and cheese. Now comes with twists. If you'd like to swap those same thing in now being charged for adding chips and cheese.
Taco bell your only next step is charging people to remove topping.....
I've been a solid customer, I have nearly 30,000 points and I'm could be earning very very few in the future if something doesn't change.

This taco bell on memorial drive is horrendous. It never fails that our order is wrong and not fresh.....especially after waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes...does management know what a horrible restaurant this is? I've called in and complained as well. Hopefully someone important will see this because I love taco bell and dont want to have to end our relationship 😔.

Eric, the sweet old man always around, he deserves a big promotion or something. He’s always so welcoming and makes customers smile. He’s very caring always asking how the food is and if we need anything else. For a fast food worker, he is always in a good mood.

Walked out after telling us they were to busy and our food wait could be up to 30 minutes. Floor at entryway was filthy. Looks like never has been cleaned in months. To the owner: If drive-thru always comes before a dine in customer that has been waiting then you should close your doors. Be drive-thru only

This is the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to in my life... the food tasted really OLD! I feel sick right now! Soft drinks are FLAT !! And they handed the cup to us WARM ....NO ICE ! Parking lot is trashy where people got mad and threw their food out!!
